Reviews of Coral Cliff Hotel

Our experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. The room was in terrible condition: dirty, with visibly stained sheets and ants crawling both around the room and on the beds. Despite reporting the issue to the reception immediately, we were promised three times that someone would come to address it, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, at check-in, our reservation could not be found, even though we had already paid. We had to wait about half an hour for the issue to be resolved. Overall, it was a very frustrating stay with unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place at all!

Nice hotel, only a short walk to the main strip and the beach. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Good location near the restaurants and bar. It's a little bit old but the staff was really kind. Delicious pancakes for breakfast!

Could have been better

Cleanliness: the worst and dirtiest hotel during our entire stay in the Philippines.. shower room 502 - was terribly dirty, creaky shower door, stink of water, impossible to wash with, everything in a very shabby state. Location: excellent Service: the administrator was polite, helpful Amenities: for this money you get accommodation in a hostel.. No elevator, keep this in mind when booking. In general, I recommend considering another hotel, this hotel needs renovation.

Breakfast - Worst. I stayed for two days and couldn't eat. Wifi - Too weak I couldn't work. It was a huge loss. Other facilities are average. Ahh Air conditioner The performance is okay, but it's noisyㅜㅜ

The hotel is conveniently located from the pier. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The only negative, although if you know in advance, it won’t take minutes, room cleaning is done upon request 😊

Very good, clean and tidy. There is a shower room in the bathroom, which is rare in hotels of the same price range in the Philippines.

Quite location just across elementary school, just a few meters walk to the beach and shops, eatery. We arrived 2hrs early and surprised Our room was already ready. The room is well laid out and plenty of closet for your belongings. We were on the 3rd floor and no elevator, the staffs did carried our luggages Overall we are happy with our stayed in the hotel

When we were sleeping, employees (man!!!) used their second key to enter our room without consent. Probably trying to rob us. They had some fake story about hairdryer but there was no hairdryer in our room. Stay away. It is not safe!!! There is no privacy or safety!!!! Very scary experience. The receptionist the second day was no help at all and tried to blame us.

First I have to say the hotel is well located. I also must say that the staff is quite polite but due to the management bad behavior that might affect the impression you can get from them. Just to say that this hotel are selling rooms with views that no longer exists. Due to the construction of another hotel just beside, Coral cliff doesn't have anymore rooms with sea view beside ONE double room in the top floor (see picture) this room have an amazing view but the window is so dirty that you may have to use some filters on your picture to make it look good. They gave us this room with a double bed but we refused because we were two male friends traveling together and we had specified that we wanted a twin room (two beds) when we made the booking. We booked a penthouse twin room with sea view and pay for it but they don't have it. All the other rooms DO NOT HAVE SEA VIEWS. Instead of a penthouse twin room with sea view, they gave us a standard room with a wall in front of the window (see picture). We ask for a refund since we had paid for a better room but they refused. The second night they told us they had another room with a view, we got a room with an old building facing our room. The management occulting that no longer have rooms with sea views and still selling it are not behaving correct and because of it I feel I have to warn other potential guests of their way of making business. Very BAD, stay away.

Really epic view from the balcony. Room was nice and had all amenities, just the WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but its like that over most of the island. Nice place to stay and pretty central for shops and restaurants
