The hotel's location is very amazing. It's on the beachfront close to restaurants and the walking street. Our room was located on the 3rd floor with an awesome view of the bay. The breakfast choices changed daily, and the food was ok. There was a problem with the air conditioner automatically switching to 30 degrees. Also, the shower needs to have a place where we can put the shampoo, soap, etc.

All staff are helpful and friendly. Stayed on the beach for five days. Spectacular view over the sea every day.
Breakfast was good. Near all shops, pubs and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in El Nido. El Nido is NUMBER ONE!

While the location really is unbeatable, everything else was disappointing.
The room was dirty and very tired looking. The bathroom was stained and smelly. Shower head broken. Toilet flushed maybe one in three times. There are cats living upstairs so a constant scraping and noise can be heard all night!
The bar next door turns the music down at 11 but not off. Before 11 it's so loud.
Despite the view, it's not worth the money at so. Such a shame.

The hotel and staff are amazing, good breakfast options and close to all the shops, boat trips and night life. This room was noisy and did not have basic luxuries such as a hair dryer and kettle. We upgraded to another room with less noise and were very happy after that. Again, the staff were amazing. I would stay here again.

Beach front hotel but this isn’t a beach to layout on. It’s where the boats dock but farther down the shore. Very pretty views so I can’t complain. Location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the madness but far enough to be able to sleep at night. Staff helped us with tuk tuks and let us use their phone as we didn’t have calling available. We stayed 4 nights? We didn’t ask for room service during our stay. One thing not unique to this hotel that I personally am not fond of is the lack of bedding. All the small hotels just have a sheet. For me, I don’t care if it’s 100 degrees, I need a blanket on top of me! I knew this before traveling so I brought my travel airplane blanket but still not big/thick enough.
Anyway, nice hotel and great location. Breakfast included was typical pancake, toast, fruit, egg, and a few Asian dishes. Can’t complain about being fed.
