The Hilton Garden Inn at airport was one of the best Hilton stays I've had. the staff was responsive and available whenever we needed them. The managers were accommodating to my group needs, and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Hotel facilities are good, transportation is convenient, breakfast is good, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. There is a table in the room. It is convenient for the office. The speed is also very good. Free airport shuttle bus, available at any time, suitable for business trips

I was a bit nervous upon seeing the property but once we gave it a chance we definitely didn’t regret the decision. I especially enjoyed that there were tons of families out near the pool area and the staff was very helpful

The room had mold,holes in the wall smelled like smoke. The worker Jocelyn refused to do a refund. They messed up the names on the reservation after confirming,they gave a huge run around rather than fix the issue. I am still pending my refund but you better off staying in a ditch than this placeUpdate:manager is dodging calls and still has not issued a refund, but will continue to follow up until issued already reached out to corporate but will do it again.

Booked two nights here while in town for a funeral. Stood waiting at the desk for 10 minutes for someone to appear to check us in, and when he did show up there was no apology for the delay. The first issue was that they couldn't find our reservation. We booked a king size room, thinking it would be a little larger than room for the bed but alas this was not the case. It was a king size bed, but there wasn't anywhere to even put a suitcase down. In addition, there were two measly standard size feather pillows on the bed, along with a ”decorative” pillow. The only item in the bathroom was conditioner (not sure why conditioner), and the water never got hot. The internet did not work in our room, and staff had no idea what to do to fix it and offered no solutions. We ended up checking out after just one night, and while it was late, about 3 pm, the front refused to check us out until the next morning, saying ”if I check you out now, it will show the room as available and it's not.” It was overall not an experience I would care to repeat and will find different accommodations if we find it necessary to return to El Paso.
