The staff was so non-responsive. The desk was not present at the front and it was closed we had to call several times before we got help. We booked non-smoking and when we arrived at the room the room smelled strongly with smoke as someone smoked right before we entered the room. Then to top everything off after getting the room the lights went out.

There was no attendant that could be reached for check-in at all. We were not able to stay and had to leave because they could not be contacted

I really love this property here quite a bit within the past year.
The staff at the front desk are great and very friendly and very attentive to their customers I would recommend this hotel to anybody wants a clean safe and comfortable hotel to stay at.

My only problem was that the battery was dead on my room door, so every time I left I had to return to the front desk to have my key reset. The staff was really friendly & the room was clean. I had a pleasant stay.

Stay away. Disgusting, roaches, smell, uncomfortable at not so cheap price. Would not recommend even if you pay me.
