They are all a few hundred meters away. There are also trams for a ride. Social idlers are the main ones. The three mature steaks in the restaurant are great. The parking fee is not expensive. It would be a pity not to go to the Museum of Fine Arts.

The hotel is slowly being renovated so we had a really fresh room; very clean and smart. The breakfast was great with a range of items, including some healthy options (oatmeal, fresh-ish bagels). The lobby is clean and spacious. The location is great: walkable to downtown bars and to the border crossing. The first room overlooked the expressway which is incredibly noisy, so we asked for a replacement and got a lovely room overlooking the city.

Room facilities are good, but not equipped with slippers, called the front desk and said that suites are required to have slippers. There is an outdoor swimming pool and gym on the 5th floor lobby. The only problem was that Ctrip prepaid but the hotel did not receive the payment during checkout. After contacting Ctrip customer service immediately, I agreed to repay at the hotel, and Ctrip refunded me later.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paso Del Norte and it has been one of our favorite hotel stays of the year! Everything was great: the service, the room, the amenities, and the location. We have stayed at a few historical hotels like this one but this one stands out the most as they did such a great job in renovating the rooms but also preserving the character of the hotel and its history. We highly recommend having a drink in the stunning lobby bar and having Sunday brunch at the hotel restaurant. The hotel has a small pool and deck area and it does get crowded but we enjoyed it early in the morning after a workout in the well-equipped gym with views. We also found the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave us ice water to go after breakfast after hearing about our day's plans to explore and reminded us to stay hydrated. Thank you for that!

Hotel location is good, the environment is clean and hygienic. Parking is convenient and the front desk is very welcoming. Already a regular customer here, choose this store every time you come. The best thing is the breakfast here, it is really attentive. The food is exquisite, with a wide variety of dishes, as well as some Mexican-inspired dishes with local specialties.

The managers were accommodating to my group needs, and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Unfortunately there had been a reservation error and the hotel was without vacancy. I had just gotten into town late (after a long travel day) and was not in the mood to hear there was no room. Angela (the Lady at the front desk) listened to me gripe and without returning my frustration was able to free up a room. I am hugely disappointed with this hotel. I cannot believe it is a Marriott. We checked in to the 2 bedroom unit for 5 nights as we are in the area for family. We likely will need to return a few times to clean out a house and we are looking for a place where we would be comfortable. This place was not cleaned thoroughly and maintenance was not up to date. The smoke detector kept going off and needed a new battery. So that was the first thing we called the front desk about. Then the bathroom, the shower curtain has fallen off, the bath tub and the sink do not drank properly. The kicker is that there are dishes in the dishwasher and they have molded. Who knows how long they have been in there. There is also only 1 thermostat for both the bedrooms and the living space. We were either freezing or too hot. I also did know there was a $10 fee for parking until I got my bill. Friends tell me that I should have complained more and maybe gotten some Marriott Bonvoy points or something, but I didn't. Huge disappointment.
