I stayed a total of 3 nights in late November 2025.
I used the T-Casual subway ticket (Zone 1): a 10-ride pass cost €12.55 (it seems the price will increase slightly in 2026). You can travel from Plaça de Catalunya and Casa Milà (Diagonal station) to Les Moreres station, which is the closest to the hotel.
As you come up the subway stairs, you feel relieved by how safe the area seems. From the station, it's a 5-6 minute walk along a hospital parking lot (which has streetlights). If you walk a bit further, you'll find cafes and small supermarkets. There's also a bar-like establishment right next to the hotel.
Including breakfast at ¥2500, my stay cost ¥16500. This is the same price as older, cramped, and uncomfortable hotels in the city center. I alternated between staying in the city center and here.
Since it's newly built, it's very clean. The beds and bedding are comfortable, and the staff are kind. The breakfast restaurant is also enjoyable.
