Convenient to airport and has a shuttle. There are a few eating establishments within walking distance. Quiet area. Lots of parking space. The room was large with a small balcony. Tried to check in early (noon) but no rooms were available. There is a $30 early check in fee. Very clean facility. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

The room was great, as I had the 1bdrm suite very spacious my dog was happy she had a lot of room to play. We needed extra linens & they were delivered promptly

Our plane arrived around 8pm at LAX. We were told to call for shuttle after picking up our luggage which we did. After my wife (69) and I (72) stood and sat in 46 degree weather for about an hour and a half the shuttle finally showed up. And it passed right by us about 45 minutes earlier. We finally got to our room and in bed around 11pm. We had to rise at 3am for a 5:40 flight, so we didn't get but around 4 minus hours of sleep. Absolutely ridiculous that anyone much less senior people had to wait that long for a shuttle to their hotel. Worst time we have ever had with a hotel stay.

Great hotel. It's clean and comfortable. There are countless hotels near LAX. This one is in the next price bracket above the Motel 6 and such, but not nearly as expensive as a Hilton or Sheraton. I would come back here for a short stay anytime. The pool and free airport shuttle really sold it for me.

After waiting for an hour and a half at T3 in Los Angeles and making more than a dozen calls, the shutter bus came to pick us up. As a result, we made an appointment for the shuttle bus to the airport at 10:30 the next day. We went to wait in advance, but no bus came. We waited until 45 minutes. Terrible attitude towards customers. I’ve been trying for an hour to find out the email address of the front desk of this hotel so that they can send me an official response regarding my deposit. We paid the deposit by card - 150 dollars and the girl (manager or administrator, I don’t know who she is) makes me wait on the phone for more than 15 minutes, I’ve called 4 times already! Doesn't give me email: doesn't want to send me a text response! And he assures me that the hotel did not take a deposit from us. This is simply unthinkable! I am furious that I have to prove the obvious, because without a deposit no one will simply check you into a hotel. Please contact me as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
