"Standard amenities, good room. The best part is the hotel's airport shuttle, which is perfect for layovers. I was transferring to Utah, so it worked out well for me. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have a layover in Los Angeles."

"I slept like a baby here! At first I found it a bit dark in the room but it was very comfy. Their reception was very accomodating and even helped me print out documents I needed for work. The free popcorn in the lobby was definitely a plus! The only down side was they forgot to put a hairdryer in my bathroom so I had to call them to request one but they brought it up right after. The location is also superb right next to a lot of food options, Walgreens, and Ralph’s."

"The hotel's location is very close to the airport, with plenty of convenient shuttle services. The room was clean and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. There's a large supermarket, a burger joint, Starbucks, and convenience stores nearby, making it perfect for guests transferring flights the next day. The breakfast was Western style and a bit monotonous, but to my surprise, the restaurant had a hot water dispenser. This was very convenient for making tea or instant noodles if you're not a fan of Western food."

"I booked this hotel for a layover in Los Angeles. They offer a free airport shuttle, but be aware: there are two Hilton Garden Inns near the airport. For *this* one, you need to call the hotel for a pickup, whereas the other one doesn't require a call. After collecting your luggage, head to the 'hotel parking' area and look for the red sign. Call the hotel, tell them which terminal you're at, and provide your name and phone number. They'll send a car to pick you up within 15-30 minutes. (Initially, we got on a Hilton Garden Inn shuttle at the red sign, only to find out it wasn't the correct hotel when we arrived!) Bottled water in the room costs extra, but there's complimentary iced water available in the lobby. There's also a small convenience store. Rooms don't come with toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. About a 10-minute walk away, there's a commercial area with an In-N-Out Burger and a 7-Eleven. Remember to book in advance, as prices tend to increase closer to the date."

"It was a nice hotel I enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness was good but could be a little better. The tub was just dirty a bit. And room was not vaccumed. But overall it looked clean and it was nice hotel. Breakfast was great as well it was just American continental breakfast. Mini Muffins, mini bagels, few options of cereals, coffee, tea, juice, sausage, pancakes, French toast, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt and an omelet you can order and chef makes your eggs however you like. Good customer service it was nice. Great hotel overall especially happy hour time it was great."

"The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a convenient location. Parking costs $30 per night. The staff was friendly and always smiled. In the lobby, there are hot beverages available, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There is also an indoor pool. Good place"

"The room environment is very good and very comfortable. The surrounding environment is good. Opposite there is the famous local IN N OUT burger restaurant, which is said to be a must-eat burger in California. There is also a Chinese restaurant opposite, and the fried noodles are delicious."

"A girl at the front desk and a male waiter were very nice. But one girl was not very friendly. She arrived at the hotel from the airport after 12 o'clock in the evening and almost didn't let me check in late at night, saying that the time was past the reservation date. After contacting Ctrip, she let me check in."

"Overall, the environment is quite good. It's close to the airport and convenient for getting on the highway. There's a parking lot, though the fee is a bit high, around $30 or $35 a night. The breakfast staff were very proactive and nice. I'd definitely book this place again. The soundproofing could be better; you can hear conversations from the next room if they're talking loudly."
