The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the only thing is that there is no breakfast

The room is quiet and beautiful

One of these places in the world where you leave a part of your heart that you can’t wait to come back and find again. From the very first moment you feel in your new luxury home in Zakynthos. Everything is simply perfect. The design of furniture, every detail, the stunning view from the room, the romantic large private pool which you can enjoy day and (believe me it’s worthy ) night. Staff led by wonderful Dimitra is simply superb, taking warm care of you providing advices and suggestion when necessary, and disappearing when it’s appropriate.

I would like to thank you for the outstanding customer service provided by reception Team, particularly Irene and Dimitra (with whom I’ve been in contact via emails). My sister and her husband Iva and Paco stayed at Emerald Villas in June for their honeymoon ( gift from me for their wedding), and they were extremely pleased with the personalized attention received from the staff. Thank you for making them feel truly special! The Emerald Villas Honeymoon are amazing! Absolutely paradise!

Wow where do I begin! We visited the beautiful Emerald Villas and Suites in May. We were eloping on the island and staying for two weeks in the honeymoon cave allure suite. Oh my god it did not disappoint!! I don't know how it was possible but it was better than the pictures online! When we booked the room we had lots of contact with Christine and Dimitris. They so very kindly arranged to get our wedding outfits steamed before the big day which was fantastic and took a lot of stress off. We got to meet the amazing Irene who was like our guardian angel. She made contact every day to see if anything was required and for housekeeping. The room was kept immaculate at all times and the housekeeping and all maintenance staff are just brilliant. Even though we were eloping it felt like we were with family while staying at Emerald. It was truly one of the best experience of our lives and it was down to how each of the wonderful staff run this place. There is so much attention to detail, care and love put into it and you can feel it. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always so genuinely happy to help. The facilities in the room were unbelievable, the pool, the floating bed, the cave, the kitchen just everything! We had used the portable BBQ and were even able to order already marinated meat and fresh vegetables from the local cafe which was soooo good and made for a great day! We were also very fortunate to get a couples massage the day before our wedding too which was just so perfect and relaxing! They really offer so many services at Emerald! We have already booked to come back next year and honestly don't think we will stay anywhere else after the magical time we had for two weeks. Still can't believe what we experienced was real and we are forever grateful to each and everyone of the staff at Emerald! A huge thank you to Christine, Dimitra, both Dimitris and the wonderful Irene! Can't wait until our visit next year and hope you are all keeping well :)

This hotel is AMAZING. We would never leave if we didn’t have to go back home :) The view, amenities, and service are all totally exceptional. Christine, Dimitria, and Irene worked with us months in advance to book a car, boat tour, and even helped us acquire ferry tickets!! We’ve never experienced this level of service and we work in hospitality! We are already planning our return trip. If you’re visiting Zakynthos this is a must stay. If you’re *thinking* about visiting Zakynthos this hotel justifies the journey alone. Paradise!!!

From being picked up from the airport to being dropped off 2 weeks later this was one of, if not the best, holiday we have had in years. From being picked up by Dimitris at the airport to being dropped off when we left there was nothing to complain about. The whole team at Emerald are there to make your holiday unforgettable. The housekeepers arrived everyday to make sure everything was in order, changing sheets and towels every 2 days, and cleaning the floors everyday and the pool was checked every 2/3 days. Nothing is too much trouble for the Emerald team. The villa is a couple of km from the harbour of Agios Nikolaos and really you need a car as taxis are pretty much a rare sight. This part of Zakynthos is pretty quite so if you want a nightlife of discos and clubs this area is not for you. Plenty of great restaurants, 3 course meal with a carafe of local wine £60 per couple, although some cost considerably more, are around some with walking distance, just remember its all downhill from where Emerald is so the walk back can become a bit of a trek. Many thanks to Dimitra, Christina and Dimitris who make sure your holiday is perfect again nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be returning again in the next year. We’re do I start! After two weeks I’ve finally started to come back to reality. What a dream it was to have spent the most wonderful 4 days in the honeymoon caves. From start to finish emerald villas have exceeded my expectations and more. The place was absolutely stunning me and my partner hardly left and why would u want to with a beautiful view and villa with everything you need there. The day we landed the team were so attentive to our needs went through everything in villa, places to book for dinner, best places to visit. We even booked a private chef to come to our room which the food was out of this world, felt like royalty didn’t have to lift a finger which were not use to. But so nice to relax enjoy the views chat and enjoy our night. Which my partner had been planning with Christina and the chef Alexandros for my beautiful engagement proposal. I was so taken back and I said yes! Everything was so so magical. And to help my partner sort everything with out knowing they done great. I’m one lucky lady! The sights around the villa, the beaches the people are honestly so beautiful we can’t wait to return. The villa itself was a dream waking up everyday with the beautiful sunrise from our bed. Our room cleaned every day. Anything we needed, we got did t have to wait around at all. The facility’s where so clean everything u needed was there. The Demetris even stopped at Lidl, so we could do a food shop before going to the Villa. The restaurants were so nice lots of different food to choose from we done a boat trip had a look around the island. There’s so much I could say about our stay. But all I will say is BOOK u will not be disappointed it’s such a beautiful place to stay and the employees at emerald villas are second to none. 10 star service. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Christina, Dimitra, Irene, Demetrious, the chef. Even down to our drivers and our cleaners u all made our stay perfect and we’re so kind we’re so grateful for everything and we can’t wait to come back lots of love Ceri and Jamie xxx

The suites are utterly immaculate. Everything is as pictured on website only better. The team who we engaged with Irene, Louis, Dimitrious and many more are absolutely charming. My wife wants to return and live here permanently! Rooms are made up everyday when convenient for you. Transfers to restaurants in the area, in smart clean cars with punctual & polite Dimitrious was super simple great value. For a couple wanting time together and decompress surrounded by elegance, book here!

My wife and I spent our wedding anniversary here and it was a dream vacation. Everything was perfect. Privacy, peace, quiet and total relaxation. Beautiful view. Room service arranged for a specific hour is a great option. Nice and discreet service (greetings to Irene). I recommend 100%.

Very rude staff! We had booked this accommodation for June, but due to the fires that were happening in Greece, we were unable to make it and wished to cancel our reservation. We even canceled before the 22ht June which based on their terms and conditions, was the last day to cancel in order not to pay the full amount. THEY DELETED THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHARGED OUR CARD ON THE 22ND. On the terms it stated clearly that the last day for cancellation was 23rd June. Just don't go there unless you want them to steal from your card.

We stayed at the 4 bedroom villa right at the top of the hill and it was perfect for a week’s holiday. The villa was stunning inside and the outside space was perfect with superb views and a beautiful pool. You could pretty much order in anything you needed, whether that be breakfast, lunch, dinner or even just basic provisions so you didn’t have to leave the villa unless you wanted to. That said, there were some lovely restaurants in the area so I would recommend trying these out too. We had a car for part of the week and used the villa’s driver & transfer services on other days but all were arranged by the team - mainly Dimitra who was amazing. We all said we would have no hesitation in re-booking. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful week stay at Emerald Villas in the Honeymoon suite, we booked the emerald transfer and our driver Dimitris was so friendly and chatted to me on the journey - I also thought he looked very smart in his dark green suit! My husband had arranged to collect a quad bike from the airport , I took the transfer along with our luggage and he met us at the villas - this worked out fine for us, however they do offer a service where they can deliver a quad to the villa if you prefer. We had such a warm welcome from Irene, one of the loveliest Reception managers I’ve met! she took us to our room and we were blown away with the views. We opted for the celebration package which was €280 I think, and included champagne, petals, iced biscuits and other honeymoon decor as well a huge bouquet of flowers and a delicious chocolate ganache gateaux - which we enjoyed for a few nights as our dessert! The package also included a couples massage which we enjoyed the following day after a morning of adventuring so I definitely recommend treating yourself to this package because it made our arrival feel more special. The room itself was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and popped down to the shop in the harbour to get a few essentials - we went adventuring into Zante the next day and went to a Lidl there to get more breakfast/ lunch items. The port is a short drive down the mountain and there are a few pretty gift/ clothing shops along with a petrol station and mini market and plenty of restaurants in the area. We ordered room service from one of the local restaurants on our last night in and even the delivery drivers were very friendly. Irene kept us updated via the bedroom phone and vise versa if we were heading out for the afternoon so she could liaise with housekeeping, which was great as we didn’t feel pressured to have our room cleaned at a set time. One day we did stay in while they cleaned but we happily kept out of their way out the cabana bed, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and polite and did a great job. We were lucky to have nice weather during our stay (1st week of May, highs of 22 degrees) and it only rained one day - which was fine as we had a cozy morning in and watched some films on the smart tv in the room. We would definitely recommend these villas as the staff were so wonderful and the suites are gorgeous! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back next year. It was an absolute dream! Everything was fantastic!! The room, the service and the views.. those splendid views which we will never forget. Perhaps the most beautiful sunrise I have ever seen. The room was lovely, always very clean and well equipped. A big thank you to the fantastic team, Dimitra, Christina, Dimitris who made our stay even better. We will return here for sure!!!
