Crowne Plaza NEWARK AIRPORT by IHG

Got to the hotel late upon entering the room there was dog poo at the side of the bed went down to inform reception. Reception escalated to housekeeping, when the lady came she was annoyed that la had called “just for this” To me it was disgusting l don’t have a pet hence l don’t expect be greeted with dog poo. Location not good for anyone who doesn’t drive in America l had to walk in the rain after dropping off bus 112. Felt unsafe

Convenient location Free shuttle bus from/to Newark Int'l Airport Easy access to NY city and South Ferry to see the statute of liberty Would make my review 10/10 if Staff were more friendly.

If you like decent rooms then do not make the mistake of booking with this hotel. The whole hotel has some water issue going on and has musky smell across all floors.

Airport hotel on high ways nothing around no swimming pool but decent clean nice friendly front desk

Outstanding! Everything was perfect from the staff to the room and the shuttle. The room was super clean and the staff were so kind. I highly recommend staying there, particularly for those who are travelling from/to Newark airport. It is located by it and offers a free shuttle service every 30 minutes.

Nice location, free shuttle bus run every 30 minute. Only take less than 15 minute to reach our terminal of departure.

Great location but service standards fluctuated during the stay from checked in and inquiry made at the front desk to daily housekeeping services. Met with hotel duty manager, Jeff and expressed all concerns to him during our 5 day family stay on 2 rooms.
