Price was good, location was easy to access from interstate. Room was clean, but my bed was unleveled, with the head considerably lower than the foot of the bed. Otherwise, no complaints!

Room furniture was dirty. Wall paint was haphazardly applied. Sheets had long hair on them. I’m bald. Hot breakfast was good but eggs were overcooked.

The signs in the lobby mentions a labor shortage and housekeeping is limited. It clearly shows in the rooms. I changed from first room because it was dusty and nail clipers had been near the bed. The 2nd room was not any better but being its 11:30pm need to get some rest. The hotel reviews calling thr hotel clean and modern are mislead.

Was given room in back of elevator. So heard whenever used. Should save these rooms as extras or disclose its location. No effort made to compensate.

Only thing is doors swing shut with a bang. Which wakes a person up if sleeping. Been to other motels where they close softly so i know it can be done.
Staff is always wonderful tho. Room always neat and tidy.

The check-in process was very slow and I had to stand in line for more than 5 minutes. The desk clerk was more interested in chatting with the two men in front of me rather than trying to get people to their rooms expeditiously. Other than that, the property was a little rundown and the updates that had been done were a little sloppy so that you really couldn't tell if it was dirt on the floor or just bad installation. The breakfast was nice though.
