Cool hot tub and fitness center. We're all closed for repair and or remodel. Parking lot was very icy but the room was clean

Broken office chair in room. Electrical outlet not in working order next to bed. Pool and hot tub advertized online were not working. A big pile of construction garbage piled up outside our window. Very disappoi8nting stay :(.

This hotel seems to be going through renovations. The floor in the hallway was caving in when you walked down it. The rooms were redone, but no bedside lamps, outlets did not have covers, and there was a terrible smell in the room. The cable did not work, so you could not watch tv. The pool and hot tub were not open. It was not the experience I desired. I could not stay in the hotel the whole night, I checked out in the middle of the night. Would not recommend staying here.

It was dirty. My room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while crumbs all over the floor and bed. Workers were not friendly

Swimming pool was quite cold. The spa water had a greenish yellow hue to it and also had a not so good smell. The shower control was loose and hard to get it to work. Took at least 5 minutes for hot water to get to the shower. The latch on the pocket door to the bathroom was broken and I had to stick a car key into it to try and hook something and pull it out. The continental breakfast was basically all gone 45 minutes before it was supposed to be closed by. Only one bar of soap and two towels supplied to the room when it was booked for 3 people.

Overall ok. For the price, Quite nice rooms. Rest of the interior a bit ragged looking. Breakfast pretty meh. Decent enough budget option. Not the best front desk staff- I had to walk to the front desk myself when I requested a plunger.

Upon arrival, the check-in area smelled of "****" (yes, I know the smell). The fan in the bathroom made a horrible loud sound so I could not use the light in the shower. Carpets in the common areas were very dirty. Breakfast was 6-9am, but by 8:00 the coffee was gone, along with most breakfast items (only bagels and yoghurt left with four small cold sausage links). I won't be staying again.
