Was able to change around the menu based on our preferences and food allergies. Staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Let the staff know if you have any issues, they will endeavour to provide the best experience for you. Book these rooms! We had the view of the mini Adams peak and the Ella rock (with the gap inbetween) phenomenal to wake up to and see the sunrise. We are walking distance to the train station, and the main strip of shops with restaurants, sim card shops, tourist buys. Tuks (like open taxis) are easy to find. It was raining during the our stay, but the hotel was so lovely that we didn't mind staying in at all. Staff gave us all umbrellas when we did want to walk outside. It is located on a hill side where the entry road is a bit too steep for vans to get up and down. If you are travelling with the private van, you may need to get off and to walk up to the hotel. it's not a too long walk but it's a steep one. Also, you will need to walk up to the stairs to your room and your toilet inside the room is not on the same level as your room so be prepared to have quite a lot of stairs walk. The hotel's balcony has a beautiful little Adam's Peak view and it's the best part of staying there. There is air-con for people looking for a hotel in Ella with this.
