The service attitude is acceptable. The room is not very big. There is a bed less than 1.8m, and the sheets are too thin. Located on the golf course with nice views.

Check in was especially good. Marc, at the front desk was personable and very professional. He set the tone for our stay. BTW: there were a couple large events occurring during our visit. Our room was very quiet. It was a very good stay for us.

Turf valley is a beautiful location with helpful staff, nice rooms, a good gym /pool /spa /restaurant and plenty of parking. There was a noisy party in the room next to mine one night. I called the front desk and they asked the guests to quiet down, but they didn’t. At 1:30 I knocked on the door and told them to shut up. They did. That was the only negative.

My room was recently renovated and well appointed with lush towels and toiletries. I requested a quiet room at the end of the hall and the staff were most polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an overnight stay at the Turf Valley Resort and my suit was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Room service was terrific according to my teen. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility needs to be updated. It seemed very old but kept well. The manager of the restaurant was very rude and insensitive to disabled people. He was not very accommodating

We (a couple) stayed overnight for 1 night only because we were attending a comedy show nearby and this looked like a nice place to stay. If you are a golfer then this is your spot! The grounds are nicely kept. The building itself is kind of dated and we were put in a corner room on the 4th floor all the way at the end of the building. Our room was a handicap room which is fine but if you are really bound to a wheelchair, you are screwed if there is an emergency. I don’t know why the handicap room is so far away from the elevator and on the 4th floor to begin with but that’s not my call. Anyways it seemed like every other room had a little balcony except ours. The corner rooms are bad because of the outside temps from both sides of the room. The room was cold so we turned on the heater and it blasted right in our face all night which ******.
On the upside, the restaurant on site called Alexandra’s was really good! The food was really great and not too pricey. We had dinner and breakfast there so that was nice and convenient.
Not sure if we will ever be back there again if visiting Elliott City. There was a wedding going on at the same night so that was entertaining to see a bunch of drunk folks staggering around that night lol.

Beautiful property overlooking golf course. Friendly and cheerful staff. Breakfast buffet was very good and priced reasonably.
