The service was good. Unfortunately there was a hazardous stain on the bedding. To which the hotel said she will refund 30% of the stay.

It was quiet and convenient to where I needed to be. The facility is well kept and very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous, all things to be expected. It is just that, did not go beyond any expectations. There was supposed to be every other day room service and we were there 5 days and the room was done once. Very stingy with towels and all room extras. Had no cups, no pen and paper, had to ask for tissues and a washcloth and hand towels. Must be on a very strict budget I’m guessing. And there is no nondairy creamers, had to buy coffee everyday because there isn’t any. A small annoyance but still annoying. I would probably stay here again but be prepared by bringing my own creamer and asking about more towels, which I shouldn’t have to do!

The room was clean but the mattress needs to be replaced as it was worn out. Breakfast was good with decent choices. The facet in the bathroom was loose and had to tell the management that it needed repair. There were only one set of towels in the room and the room was never cleaned after being there for three nights.

We checked in around 10:30 after driving 6 hours and put my son to bed. We were sitting getting ready for the rest of us to sleep and I saw a bug on my son’s arm. I actually caught it. It was definitely a bed bug. Immediately I checked the corners of the bed and there were more. I immediately notified the manager while my family quickly packed. This was about midnight and now we were not able to book another room for the night. They offered us another room but we checked that one and again in the corner of the beds of that room bed bug scat. We packed checked out and drove home through the night. I would like a full refund. Matt the night manager said he put a note for our stay in their records stating full refund would be given.

The employees were very nice, breakfast was very good. The toilet in our room was running the whole night.... clogged in the morning. There were no facecloths to be had, which was very inconvenient, as we were looking forward to a nice shower. More attention to detail would be nice.
