Best Hotels in Elmsford

The hotel looks old, but it is well maintained and belongs to the HILTON hotel. The room has no way to open the window, it is a bit wet. The hotel front desk Xiaohe is quite willing to chat. It was very convenient to book the airport where Red Dot’s car went.

Room 218. On entering the door I was met a very clean suite. The bedroon area is in/out door carpet, with the bathroom and hallway a tile like material. A comfortable king be with five pillows. On the left side is a shelf with a digital clock with a small yet very bright light. On the right side is a wooden bench, with a phone. Facing the bed is a combo cabinet with a medium side flat screen, micro and fridge. Didn't have time for the micro or tv. A deck with lamp, two outlets & one charing unit. A comfortable swival chair. In one corner is a floor lamp. I counted three usable double outlets. Room has a luggage rack. Bathroom. A tub/shower combo. Hot water for shower in five seconds, good tome for a three story facility. Plenty of towels. Two small bars of soap for sink & shower. I suggest bring your own bars of soap.Good size mirror. Hair dryer. Bottles of shampoo, conitioner, body wash, antibacterial hand sanitizer and for the lady guest makeup remover. The bathroom's only drawback is that the door must be shut to use the toilet, bathroom is short in length. The closet has a double sliding door-each door has a full length mirror. Closet has iron & board, five wooden hangers with a tubular shelf. The desk is the room's coffee maker with Rainforest & Premium select Decaf. Room's A/C is contralled by a wall unit. On arrival at 4:00 PM, a/c was on that needed to be shut off. There is no blakout curtains, instead a grayest white to block any outside lookers. Breakfast. Hours start at 6:30. Two waffle maker. Hard boiled eggs, pasties, cooler for butter, yoget, bowl for apples & oranges. Three dry cereals. Drinks are coffee, apple & orange juices & cold water.Sitting were 4 route tables & 5 square tables and two childred's high chairs. Lounge chairs are available watching the morning news. Guests are greeted with a ste of automatic sliding doors. There is an indoor pool & fitness center. Being on the second I heand NO from the third floor. Plenty of parking mostly in back.. The nearest service/convenient station is an Exxon right across Saw Miill River Road.Two elevator are available, each being quiet & smooth. I would say four guest at one time would be best. Checkin/out was not a problem. The only staff member I learned was La Crista. I recommend a stay. I stayed in another Batmont that had taked over another chain that ended being at most a B. This Baymont had recently taken over another chain, however this facility is an A. The only drawback was the small bathroom.

Not a bad hotel but not overly great either. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, though. That could be because of an incident when we first arrived at ”our room”. It turned out that it was occupied by another guest, and we surprised her by opening the door! Front desk lady apologized to both of us. We got a discount, and I think she got a free night. We thought it was funny, but I doubt the other guest did... Anyway, the rooms are okay - double beds, not much to praise but really not much wrong either. If you need a room fairly close to NYC, this is probably a good bet if you don't need anything fancy.

Came to Sonesta to rest the night after having a terrible day and my day immediately became better off of two interactions with the staff. Danaya and a bartender who I saw from 6-7pm. I was on line ready to check in with a down look on my face since I wasn’t able to return home after working a double at the hospital. As I go up to check in I’m greeted with this amazing energy, positive attitude, vibe and aura that can immediately make you smile after just a couple of sentences. This person is Danaya. She made my day so much better after just a small conversation. I did come back down later to drop my girlfriend off to her car and again me and her both were greeted with the same energy that I had received a couple of hours earlier. I do believe that every job and every place deserves someone like Danaya! The amount of joy I received after checking in truly made my night so much better and I wish her all the best! I wish I had asked for the bartender’s name who made me a Caribbean rum punch! I sat down after speaking with Danaya who told me about happy hour, and ask the bartender for his favorite drink since I had just turned 21 a week/ 2 weeks ago. He immediately went to work on the first drink I’ve had out of the many I’ve had in this short time that I enjoyed. I’m not big on Alcohol since I’m just now exploring it but the one he had made for me was amazing. With his cheerful attitude and quickness of the drink I was definitely grateful for him being there! Wish him all the best also! The room was amazing and something not many people realize is how important it is to have such good water while showering. I feel like it’s always overlooked but my shower was fantastic here. The king sized bed I had was like sleeping and a cloud and the channels they had were great to watch. Tv was amazing and everything was clean. The window has an amazing view! This hotel is amazing. From the rooms, to the guest and to the staff that do their best to provide nothing but the best service you can receive. Any hotel can offer a bed to sleep on and a happy hour but none do it better than Sonesta! Thank you to all who work there and I wish you the best in life. And another personal thanks to Danaya, the bartender who served me, and to whoever cleaned my room before and after my stay! I wish nothing but great things for you guys! The hotel is very clean and the people at the front desk are very nice they did a great job on getting me to my room . The rooms and hallway were very clean and the staff was very nice The only problem I had was the continental breakfast on the top floor They only have a little bit of fruit and stuff to serve nothing hot And they had no help only one girl chatting with somebody in the back room did not come out and serve anybody so do not get the continental breakfast it's a waste of money otherwise the hotel was great 👌

Our visit was 9/8-9/12/2021. We arrived after 10pm sign on door read -MASK REQUIRED_ AWESOME... and were warmly greeted and quickly checked in by the 2nd shift front desk employee. The hotel lobby was small but clean. We proceeded to our room on the 1st floor. The room was very clean, the bathroom clean and stocked well with towels, soap, etc. The furniture was in great condition. the room had 2 double beds and 3 pillows on each bed. Everything was pretty good up to this point. Then I sat on the bed.. I thought I was sitting on a table! The mattresses are HARD! If you like a hard mattress great but if not you had a few nights of little sleep like I did. The housekeeping staff did good job and were always friendly. We appreciated the decent rate as other places in the area were at $200+ a night. If you want more luxury be prepared to pay it with another hotel brand. All in all ... I would return because of the reasonable rates and put up with a lack of decent sleep due to a hard mattress. The Econo lodge served its purpose for a decent price. The location was great. Close to my friends/family, parkways, restaurants, shopping mall, and great Long Island diners.

My family and I stayed at Cambria Hotels for a couple days. Each room was neat and super clean. It’s very noticeable their staff cares about their work and what they put out. Housekeeping personnel were extremely kind and hospitable which made our stay so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Other staff members were very professional and welcoming and the rooms were very organized so I can confidently say I’d be staying here again ! Josh E. Burke

The rooms are very spacious! ! It is very convenient to have a kitchen to cook. Ample parking, friendly breakfast and great service! In particular, a girl at the front desk named Meylin was very enthusiastic and made the journey very complete and warm! The location is extremely convenient, five minutes walk from the train station.
