Front desk clerk was awesome. Room was awesome. Fitness room was awesome and breakfast was awesome. Only complaint is the pool was really cold.

It was the first time I went to Ohio for an I audition, but it seemed like a laid-back country town. The people were kind and quiet.

The property was clean. The staff at the front desk is unprofessional. The hotel was very noisy the entire time. I smelled smoke in the hallways. The hold they put on my card is ridiculous for this property. The courtyard next door is much more upscale , professional and clean yet they only hold $25 for incidentals and they release it at checkout. This hotel belongs on the side of a highway by a truck stop. I won’t be staying here again.

It was great, was there over New Years Eve, there was a group of 15 of us, and our front desk person was very accommodating. He let us hang out in the commonplace and eat some dinner and chat until it was time to leave and go to our party.

Our room was beautiful, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the room has a storage room on one side and the kitchen on the other. So we were woke up at 5:00 am when they started cooking. Doors slamming, heavy walking, floor squeeking, etc.
Other than that everything was good.

Location was amazing (right off the highway). Check in process was very quick. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was quite large and spacious. Breakfast had quite a variety of items. Our family of 4 truly appreciated that and would keep this in mind for future visits.

Had a nice pool , limited fitness center and I did t feel it was as clean or up to date as other Hampton inns I have stayed at.

The staff was very good and accommodating. The rooms were clean but aging. The hotel is dated and tired. It is next to a closed Days Inn and closed shopping mall.
