VALATOMS Hot Spring Courtyard Hotel (Baoguo Temple Branch, Emei Mountain)

Ancient charm, extraordinary ambiance. First, the location: right next to the Baoguo Temple Visitor Center, very close to the Emei Mountain tourist bus stop! There's also a bus stop across the street. Convenient transportation. Next, the scale: this is the largest guesthouse in the area. The shop next door is being renovated. It has a private hot spring pool, and it's free! The last picture is the Xianyu account of a life-saver. They helped me get tickets in the early hours of that day, and I was up the mountain by 6 AM. Emei Mountain is fantastic, try it for yourself! 😄

The environment is nice, and it's close to Baoguo Temple, perfect for an early morning hike. Plus, breakfast is included. I'll definitely come again.

The location is convenient, it's less than a 10-yuan taxi ride from Emeishan Station. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the Emeishan Tourism Center. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The room was clean and tidy.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with an old-world charm. Its close proximity to the train station makes it an excellent choice for exploring the lower mountain trails.

Exceeded expectations! Both the kids and the elderly were so comfortable here! It was clean, tidy, and the environment was elegant! The front desk staff were friendly, and their travel recommendations were all very helpful!

Facilities: Exceptionally complete. The hotel has four hot spring baths (2 hot, 2 cold) that guests can use for free. You can enjoy a hot spring soak without even leaving the building. Cleanliness: Very clean, no strange odors in the room, and the bedding was spotless. Environment: Just look at the pictures, it's absolutely beautiful!! Service: The front desk staff was very accommodating!

Based on the pictures shown on the booking platform, I thought this hotel offered good value for money at its price point. However, my actual stay was far from satisfactory. There's no elevator, which made carrying large luggage incredibly difficult. The room's decor, space, and overall ambiance were vastly different from what was advertised on Ctrip; it was clearly oversold. While the price wasn't high, the significant discrepancy between the photos and reality felt misleading. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in recent years – the pictures and the actual room were completely different.

The overall environment is quite good. There are several floors of hot springs downstairs where you can bathe, with sheer curtains for good privacy. The hotel also offers free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) to wear, free parking, and the service attitude is very good. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small.
