The bed was really dirty with black stuff on it. During the stay we developed a really itchy rash. They gave a laptop and it was literally covered with spider webs, so as their window. Walls were not really well-mentained. We realised the floor was very cold although they said there was floor heating. Thus we had to wear our disposable sandals that we brought. When we stayed at the hotel, we could smell a very strong smell of smoke During the stay they did notclean the bed sheets and give us new towels. The bed warmer was also quite faulty as the bed was not that cold. We passed by their kitchen downstairs. It was quite dirty with things cluttered around. I strongly do not advise people to stay in this hotel.

Warm shower and bed warmer. I would prefer to have a toilet bowl instead of the hole underneath the shower.

It was very good location, near the bus stop. But bathroom was still wet and it has squat toilet. Didn't give much toilet paper. The owner knocked the doors at 5:30 to wake guests for an early breakfast in order to make it up to the summit for sunrise.

It's a 20-minute walk to the cableway in Leidongping. It's great. The environment is also very good. The staff is considerate and thoughtful. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will stay in their hotel next time I come to Mount Emei.

There is no choice for such a hotel in Mount Emei. In the city, you can stay in a good five-star hotel at this price, but in the mountains, it is so expensive during holidays. At check-in, they said the floor heating would be turned on at 17:30, but the room was still very cold at 9 o'clock, with an indoor temperature of 5 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the power pressure was high and the floor heating could not be turned on now. It would be turned on after 21:30, and it would not be turned off once it was turned on. I waited all night but did not feel the temperature of the floor heating. It was the first time I experienced what it was like to have frozen ears while sleeping. When I got up in the morning, the room temperature was only 7 degrees. I went downstairs to ask the waiter, and he said the floor heating had been on all night. Doesn't your conscience hurt when you say such a thing? It's snowing heavily outside, and you spent 450 yuan to let me live in a cold storage, with a child in tow. I understand that prices are high in high altitude areas, but there must be some basic infrastructure, right?

The hotel turned on the floor heating in the room, and it was very warm when we got there. The environment and sanitation were also okay, not as bad as some others said. It's great that a hotel in the mountains can do this!

You can tell us in advance if you don't need this, but we didn't know and were woken up by the knock on the door.

Oh, yes, the door of that room is not very convenient to use and sometimes it cannot be opened. Finally, the atmosphere is actually quite good just from the light coming in through the window. I’m just not satisfied with the toilet. There’s no mineral water, so everyone should make their choice carefully.
