Oh my god, the service attitude was terrible. My room didn't have a toilet seat cover. When I asked for one, they insisted there was one in the room and refused to give me another. When I pressed further, they said only one person knew where they were kept and we'd have to wait for them to come back. It took twenty minutes just to get a toilet seat cover, and when they finally gave it to me, they just threw it on the table. I asked if they could really treat guests this way even with good business, and they replied, 'Our business is never bad, so we're not to be trifled with!' **Hygiene:** The room was a mess, with things scattered everywhere and hair all over the floor. It was clear the cleaning was slapdash. There were even crumbs on the bed. I really doubt the bedding and sheets are changed daily. I've been to Emei Mountain a few times, and the accommodations in Leidongping are usually pretty similar, but this place was particularly awful. Everyone, please choose carefully.

The curtains in my twin room were stuck and seemed broken. The family room had no proper table, just a narrow shelf under the TV that was already full of items. It was a hassle to even eat instant noodles after hiking, as we had to eat on the bed. Hope they can improve the facilities.

Getting there was easy, right after getting off the sightseeing bus at Leidongping. The hotel is newly renovated and clean. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage upstairs a bit tiring. If you're traveling light, it won't be an issue.
