So warmly & showed me the whole hotel. The room was amazing and the hot spring mindblowing!!! 💓💓💓 I have been in a lot
of hotels but this one is the best so far ! Vivi (hotel staff) always answered every of my questions (in English) within a few seconds via WeChat and arranged my whole trip to the top of emai mountain: even though I was to late to buy a ticket for the cable car, she showed me what other options I have and arranged everything so nicely according to my wishes. This has been just fantastic🥰🥰🥰 I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to visit emai & especially to foreigners! 👍👌 @vivi: thank you so so much for this wonderful weekend & hope to see you again 👋👋

Very clean and great service. Restaurant did not serve western food and had to travel to a different hotel for meals. Manager did notice and offered to serve sandwiches, great little add-on. Hot springs are only open 11am-11pm. As a holiday resort I would have liked it being open all the time, getting into the hot spring to see the sunrise… especially since the hotel doesn’t offer any amenities besides the hot springs. The personal hot tub on the balcony looks nice but is not a very useful feature as the water is actually lukewarm and gets cold fast. Overall I am very happy with this clean, fancy hotel. And a big thank you to all the staff who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

Outstanding personalized Service
, Clean Rooms, Excellent amenities - Great team overall. Thanks to Arthur who was very supportive. Family friendly and easy to visit Emeishan tourists areas. Hot springs in each room and common areas which is great. My family enjoyed with delicious vegetarian food options as well.

We booked a night here to have a relaxing evening following a couple days of hiking at Emeishan. The hotel manager Arthur went above and beyond to take care of us. Beautiful room, fantastic hot springs, both in the room and on the ground floor.
A great place to unwind after exploring the nearby area, we will definitely be coming back. Some of the best service I have received at a hotel in all my travels. Highly recommended!

The room with more than 2800 yuan is OK except for the hot spring. The room is really bad. The carpet is very dirty. The sofa is very dirty. I just use a piece of cloth to cover the sofa. It is the first time to stay in such a bad hotel. I recommend everyone to go there at this price. Stay at the hotel in Hantian

This hotel is the one I had the greatest hopes for during this trip, but also the greatest disappointment. It looks like a Seven Days Hotel from the outside. The parking lot is unmanned and very small. When I first entered the room, the air conditioner was half hot air and half cold air. I didn’t notice it after it’s been open for so long. , I called the engineering department to repair it twice, and finally changed to a room. Except for the hot spring in the garden and the good butler, everything was far different from a five-star hotel. The privacy of the hot spring was very poor. Look at the one upstairs. It is clear that when the hot spring water upstairs is full, it will leak into the hot spring head. The breakfast is even worse. It is the worst of the four hotels of the same price range that I have stayed in in Emeishan. I will probably not stay here again.

This hotel was really frustrating from booking to checking in. The two people at the front desk were not professional at all. The swimming pool was not open, but the hot spring was very good. The breakfast is not good either. The housekeeper in charge of us has tried his best, but the hotel is not good. Thank you very much for the service of housekeeper Xiaowen, but except for the hot spring, everything else in the hotel is too bad.
