下單時系統贈送的免費升級房型沒有兑現，公共環境不錯，但是房間設施欠缺，沒有掛衣服的衣櫃，馬桶沒水，熱水很小，水温也低，沒有毛巾。大清早8點過打掃衞生的就在陽台搞出很大聲音，椅子掃把拖來拖去動靜非常大，絲毫不顧及客人是否在睡覺。

酒店是中式園林設計有點復古環境不錯，提前一天預訂的房間，本來想着先去峨眉山線下買門票的，因為要諮詢酒店其他的事情聯繫前台人員，順帶問了一下景區門票是否有，還好問了前台小姐姐不然我們第二天都上不了山，門票都已售罄，看我着急非常熱心幫我聯繫了景區人員順利上山，真的很感謝

一進門就是電池裸露的門鎖，非常傻眼；兩盞主要的燈不會亮，說師傅已下班要隔天才能修繕，且同行友人房間地板還有煙蒂，且燈光閃爍，諸多跡象顯示表示房間整理的部分非常不到位；浴室有很重的尿騷味；被單是破的；電視不能用、很多插座無法過電，所以是裝飾？這麼冷的天氣結果暖氣是壞的，想打電話到前台反應，結果電話也壞了；隔音差、回音大，已經躺在床上還能聽到鄰近房間在大聲唱歌；服務人員也不理人，態度非常差勁，十分糟糕的住宿經歷。

有點超出預期，環境挺好的，位置也不錯，離高鐵站很近，服務也還行，房間還挺新，可以免費喝茶，可能是冬天，景色略微差了一點點，整體來講性價比還是高。

入住的次日沒想到沒早餐，預訂時明明選的含雙早的房間，服務員一句“因疫情，就不再提供早餐了。”當時心裏很不爽。好在外出遊玩一天回酒店後被告知後面有早餐，老闆道歉並買了當地特產做補償。
