Sonesta Emeryville San Francisco Bay Bridge

The front office staff is a bunch of rock stars...great location...shopping, multiple restaurants, FREE local transit to merchants in Emeryville. Easy to access from BART, AMTRAK & SFO. Definitely will return and became familiar with the brand from my time in CANADA. Great hospitality brand & professionals.

Really nice hotel and a good bargain for us. Right by the Bay Bridge to spare city expenses, but a mall with numerous food options right across the street. Trader Joes within walking distance. Really nice setup in the room. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Restaurant hotel and bar offered a pleasant array of drinks. I had a great chat with the bartender as the night wound down.

Front desk is not helpful for asking help. Room has stains on it not as clean as it should be.

I enjoy the stay is close to San Francisco and Oakland. The stay at sonesta is great.

Excellent service. Comfortable amenities for traveling with family. Bayview was awesome. Close to starbucks great restaurants and trader joes.

The room is clean, and the location is good - next to a high street and a Trader Joe’s.

Great for the price, great view, a good neighborhood. All except the internet; the internet basically went down during my entire week-long stay, and the hotel did nothing about it: no fixes, no compensation, not even an announcement. The front desk just told me to connect to Wi-Fi, which never works in the first place. In the first few days, I even thought it was my fault. Can't believe that in the 2025 bay area the hotel can't even provide internet access.

Great location with mall right across the street! It would be even more convenient if covering breakfast and parking.
