Resepsiyonist ve bellboy'a güler yüzlü olmaları sebebiyle teşekkür ediyorum. Temizlik yok denecek kadar kötü idi. Oda servisinin olmadığını biliyordum. Son olarak kahvaltı vasat durumda... Konumu sebebiyle tekrar tercih edebilirim.

They didn't have my reservation, and it took so long to check in. one i did and finally got into my room they called me and told me they gave me the wrong room and I had to change rooms.
The new room was fine, but the lock didn't work. I called to tell them the lock does not work, they told me no one will open it anyways. Honestly, I couldn't sleep well that night.
When I was checking out at 5 in the morning, I asked the man at the reception to call a taxi. He told me I can stand outside and wait for one. I looked at him and told him to do it for me since it's 5 in the morning and I'm a girl on my own.
The only reason why I chose this place was the price, because I was going to sleep there for a couple of hours till my bus time.

Approximately an 8.The hotel building seemed new, clean and well maintained for the most part. Nice quiet, upscale residential neighbourhood right next to university.
Building: 9, new but compact boutique, in a mix residential neighbourhood.
Service: 7, my AC wasn't working on 1st night, staff could not fix. It turned on exactly at 6AM next morning. Staff did not let food delivery come to room, I was sick so it was an inconvenience to go to the lobby.

We received great attention from the moment we entered the hotel. When we told him there was an exam the next day, they gave him a family room for comfort. The room was large, clean and warm even though it was winter. We felt very comfortable in the room. The attention at breakfast was also very good. I was amazed by the attentiveness of those who served the treats. I also conveyed my satisfaction to them. Even though we left the hotel during the day, we took advantage of the restaurant section and since we were hotel customers, they offered a significant discount on the prices. When I have work in Ankara again, I plan to go here without hesitation. I would like to thank all the employees again.
