Property Description

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach condo. Located between HWY 101 and Neptune; walk to the beach, restaurants, local galleries', ice cream shop and wine bar. One mile from downtown Encinitas with more bustling shops, a full service beach with playground and restrooms. A 15 minute drive to Legoland and the famous Carlsbad Flower field. The zoo is about 40 minutes away. Condo provides a peaceful pool/ jacuzzi and BBQ for all your grilling needs. The space A calm, clean and cool escape from the hustle and bustle of beach life. We purchased this unit in 2013 and did a complete renovation. In 2022 we added mini-splint air conditioning as well as new fans, dishwasher, shower glass and shower heads. This highly desirable area of Leucadia/ Encinitas is the perfect place to visit for work or pleasure. The condo has two bedrooms (King and Queen) as well as a queen pullout couch in the living room.
