I loved the room I had chosen just next time I would like the suite room I got on the very top floor hoping they have it. They had kitchen usage so I cooked a fantastic meal for my man. Sadly not all the kitchen utensils were there so we had to accommodate and try to use what we had to cook.

We booked this place due to its location that's walkable to the beach and the restaurants/stores. The hotel is very basic, like a motel. It is dated but very clean.

The rooms themselves are nice but my bathroom did have ants, lots of stained towels, sheets etc. facilities seem a little rundown. The only reason why I would book again is it is in a great location, downtown encintas is 5 minutes away and it’s relatively easy to get to San Diego as well. Overall I would give it a 3.5/5.

Love the location of the hotel. A bit pricey for an ocean view from the first floor; not really a view. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is great, and we love the balcony.

Pros: Extremely close to downtown and beaches, easy access to grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc.
Cons: Needs a facelift… the room was not the cleanest and there is a lot of highway noise. Also, the room next to us had a party until 4am. We told the front desk, but they did not break the party up.

If you like dirty floors, this is for you. Walk across your room and check your socks. Don't they ever wash or wet mop the floors. Close to the ocean so there is plenty of rust. We went over Christmas so the price was high. There is an extra service fee which covers parking in the garage or outdoors, use of the pool.
The free breakfast is terrible. Each day has sausage patties, and lousy fried? eggs. In the middle of our stay they ran out of toaster waffles. Not recommended at the price.

My mom and grandmother stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately there were some "stains" left on the toilet. When they complained to the front desk, they were brought a Clorox wipe and informed that they would need to clean it themselves, and that the hotel was unable to do so. Just seems like bad customer service . . .
