This hotel is quite nice in terms of cleanliness, space and comfort. However their night staff was not very professional - made quite some mistakes and provided wrong information.

We were welcomed nicely with two amazing front desk representatives. Received clean and comfy room. It was day before Christmas, and we were told the timing for breakfast . Next morning we found out there no breakfast served at all! Because it’s Christmas!! It’s like you book the flight , but no flight attendants cuz they are on vocation 😀 All hotels guests were very confused, no one received any note about it, we were very disappointed because one of the reason we pay more for this hotel -is breakfast, since we were driving with kids. Don’t recommend this hotel .

I highly recommend this hotel! It's very clean, the facilities are not too old, and the breakfast is quite rich. Parking is $7 per night, which is a bit expensive! But overall it's a good stay

The hotel was fine for the one night we spent there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure was great. The room was sparsely decorated and appeared hastily cleaned. There is a small surcharge for self-parking, but the lot was large and easy to navigate.

Welcoming to pets. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly, lots of noise on the hallways from other guests, breakfast good but deteriorated food was being served (French toasts with molt spots on several of them) disgusting…

The room was tired, doors were damaged. But the worst part of all were there were BUGS in the room, little brown beetles - we saw at least 8! When we mentioned this to the front desk they said they knew about it and couldn't do anything about it and the bugs were "harmless". I DO NOT want to sleep with bugs crawling around my room!
