Room was nice but jacuzzi was broken never fixed. Internet was spotty could never get in room. No ice machines working on floors.

From the start you arrive please greet you, he was actually more nice than the staff at the lobby,
The lobby is beautiful but as soon has you arrived to the room it’s nothing like the pictures, and the room seems old and has a bad odor it was really dirty and let’s not talk about the shower. The blankets on one of the beds had some red stains. Definitely not staying here again.

I have stayed at this location before and it's always been a pleasure to stay here. The only issue was that the jacuzzi has been out of work for a few months. Something I was looking forward using. Staff is great and professional as always.

Came here for Christmas and it was great! Just outside of downtown area so you can have quick access to that but still be in a quieter area. 10 min from San Miguel beach as well. Staff was very friendly and had great service in every department! I have to assume this is the nicest, most modern hotel in Ensenada!

The room had a bad sewer odor. Odor never went away.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The T.V. only had 6 channels to choose from.
If not for the friendly staff upon check-in and check-out, I would have rated this place with no stars.

The mountain-view rooms face major roadway, which can be noisy even during the night. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

When we reserved we had no idea there would be no refrigerator in the room, as I needed on to place my insulin injection. When we requested a refrigerator, they informed us there a none in the second floor. Then we were informed we would need another room on an upper floor, but would need to pay $30 extra per night for having a small refrigerator in the room. Further, the was no courtesy coffee available for hotel guests, which also upset us. Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately will not be reserving and staying at this hotel. They’re not very helpful to the guest when something is needed. Cost per night…over $200.00. Not worth it!
