The services and amenities of this hotel are excellent! Problems are solved very quickly if there are any. I really appreciated the manager’s help. There’s fresh fruit everyday. Breakfast is pretty tasty, and coffee is fresh. The laundry room is very handy, we can keep our clothes clean and fresh everyday! We recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very good in every aspect! The service is warm and a variety of tea and fruits are provided in the lobby. Oranges are also delivered to the room every day. There are 4 bottles of water in the room every day, and there are also bottled water in the lobby. Offered us a room upgrade. There are many varieties for breakfast. Convenient to travel. There are travel agency staff in the lobby every day, who can provide consultation and customize travel. The hotel also provides airport pick-up and drop-off services during the day. All in all, there's nothing wrong with it except the price.

退房的時候，前台小姐姐跑出門外熱情提示，機場和火車站可以幫忙接送，雖是個人原因沒有享受這次服務，但這一貼心的小舉動給酒店增加了美譽度。酒店大廳的茶水、小點心和水果都是擺放到位，供客人自取；房間裏送了沙糖桔；早餐比較豐富，菜品也很新鮮。據説有宵夜粥（有圖片展示），昨天晚上辦理入住的時候前台工作人員並沒有主動提示，所以沒有體驗到。尤其是表揚幫忙換房間和送東西的兩位大姐，語氣平和、態度誠懇、認真解釋，為旅途抹上了一份温暖的亮色，為兩位積極主動的專業服務點贊。換了房間後沒有預期的好，視野還可以，能看到文化中心廣場，雖説房型有升級，但標間的面積有限，相對比較侷促，和酒店定位有一定差距。總之，瑕不掩瑜，酒店還是一直努力做得更好，希望能將主動服務的意識落實到每一位員工，彌補硬件設計上暫時的不足！

整個入住過程特別愉快的且放心，各種設施佈置精美，衞生乾淨，周邊交通出行方便，前台、阿姨也是特別熱心，有什麼需求都會盡量滿足 停車也很方便，住過許多酒店 説實話都沒有這個酒店服務熱情 期待下一次入住
