K Hotels Entebbe

To everyone concerned, my name is Ali Ismail, I spent the last three weeks at K Hotels in Entebbe Uganda, I travel all over Africa and the World, I have not come across a hotel with the level of perfect service, very attentive staff from all departments, friendly staff, polite, clean and professional staff, it was very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I will stay there again when in Uganda, in short, I would recommend to anyone to stay at the K Hotels, to enjoy experience I enjoyed, food is great, I must have eaten everything on the menu, great food, great all round experience.

Hotel was in a great location ..15mins from the airport and walking distance to the mall. Staff were very welcoming at the desk and the restaurant staff made the meals very enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for food and drinks.

The location is great with a nice view of the lake but the service is not good enough, poor food quality as well as management related services. Overall it was average.

KHotel is clean and well equipped. I rate the hotel 10/10. However, i disappointed with a reception lady. The way she communicated with us was truly rude and her body language was extremely annoying . She speaks quite softly and we clarified something just after 3-4 sentences, but she was rolling her eyes and started ignoring us. OMG such an awful experience.

Great location, right across the street from the mall, clean room and great for people that like to smoke

Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast. Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet. Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.

Pros: - Service and friendly staff - Comfortable room - Great massage at the salon Cons: - Thin windows so was kept awake by a local party until 6am - Not a good breakfast, hot food was cold
