Holiday Inn Express & Suites ENTERPRISE by IHG

Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. Only issues were bathroom light was like a strobe light and the elevator was very sketchy. Just various maintenance related issues.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and the cookies were a nice touch. I would certainly benefit from faster WiFi

Did not eat breakfast got up early got on road Walking distance to restaurants after driving all day that was a big plus

Arrived on Sunday all was great. Monday we head out for the day room.cleaned nicely all great. Tuesday head out no one comes to clean room. Wed head out no one comes and cleans room have to call for towels. Thursday head out no one comes to clean room have to pick up towels at front desk. We are checking out now its Friday. I have never had issues with a hotel with not getting cleaned with fresh linens in all the years ive traveled. I tried to contact property through reservation and still have not been contacted. I will not be staying at another holiday inn they cant get back to you and staff acts like its normal.

The staff was friendly and helpful; however, the hotel's key making machine did not work and we were never provided with room keys. Thus, we had to get some staff member to come and open our room door. There was no coffee maker in the room, thus requiring a trip to the lobby to get coffee. We were told it is a new policy for HI Express. The hotel room clock could not be set to the correct time as it was on a master system. Overall, not a good experience and we will no longer stay at HI Express unless it's the only lodging available.

Ended up going to the Hampton Inn because the property could not accommodate the disabled we had requested in advance. This was already frustrating, but the poor customer service just added to the nightmare of an experience.

Room was clean but….blinds were broken and would not open…no hot water for 9 am shower. We had very disturbing, noisy neighbors our last night. We didnt report it since we were leaving next morning. Breakfast was average.Overall, we were disappointed with the accommodations….considering the high price to stay there. We expected it to be better than much cheaper motels we have stayed.

I didn't like the attitude of the employee who worked with the breakfast. I did ask for the remote to change the channel she said it's on the news. Like sorry can't have it. Rude. Also, this morning having an early coffee with my husband I saw an employee on her cell phone and telling me to lower the volume of the tv, for what? So she can listen to her show on the phone? Rude. Also our room was a handicapped room. We didn't ask for a handicap room. We r 60+ but not handicap. The refrigerator didn't cool enough. The toilet holder was semi out of the socket. So.... unsatisfied staying. Thanks.

The sweet girl that checked us in was very sweet and her smile would warm your heart and made you feel so welcomed
