I recently stayed at Rotana Erbil and i experienced an exceptional hospitality. From the moment you arrive, the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcome, and their attention to detail is evident in every interaction. A special thanks to Evan at breakfast, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great start to their day. His warm attitude, professionalism, and personalized service truly stand out and make the breakfast experience even more enjoyable (he remembered what coffee i ordered the first day and asked me if i would like the same on the 2nd day). One of my favorite features of the hotel is the fresh fruit juice station at breakfast. The quality, variety, and freshness are outstanding and add a unique touch that sets the hotel apart. What impressed me most is the dedication of the entire staff. Whether it's housekeeping, the restaurant team, or the front office, everyone pays attention to the smallest details and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Thank you to the Rotana Erbil team for providing such a high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erbil and look forward to my next stay.
