The Front Desk Manager Rabiah made all the difference in the world -- the Housekeeping staff was always professional and exceptionally professional.

The hotel is good - but, the personnel are Exceptional - Starting with Rabiah the front-desk manager / cook / concierge provided exceptional service at breakfast, was helpful with directing us to a laundry facility, grocery stores and restaurants.
The Housekeeping team were also very diligent, polite, helpful and very thorough. Nicky was delightful and thorough Karisa was very polite and was very willing to help my wife move through the hotel and finally, Sam was exceptionally thorough.
All of the personnel at the hotel truly increased our overall experience by "Two" Stars!

The room was clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was good, the rolls were fresh. You can drive to Nuremberg city center in about 25 minutes. Very pleasant stay, gladly again.

What a bad hotel. Firstly super hot room even with all windows open it was stuffy everywhere and didn't get any cooler. We had a dog with us that we had called in advance and it was no problem, dogs were welcome. Now dog was suddenly not allowed at breakfast. If we wanted to have breakfast somewhere else, we had to pay for breakfast. We didn't agree. Was made very difficult by a lady who did not even speak normal German! Whether dogs are welcome or not seems clearer to me! In addition, it was a construction site next to the hotel. Bad in a word! Never come here again.

Veniamo in questo Hotel ogni anno ormai da 5/6 anni. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere la fiera di Norimberga. Camere accoglienti. Note dolenti: la signora bionda alla reception (tra l’alto non so’ se sia la proprietaria) appare sempre imbronciata e diffidente, oltre a non sapere l’inglese. E poi.. Vi prego, arricchite la colazione con cose dolci (ciambelle, torte, croissant)! So’ che vi viene difficile perché la vostra cultura è quella… ma vi dovreste adattare anche alla clientela.
