Best Four Star Hotels in Ernakulam

The dunes is centrally located in the heart of the city. we wanted to go around and see the city and there couldn't have been a better option we think. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. The room service is prompt, The metro is just walking distance

I made the reservation a week before the arrival and informed them that arrival would be around 4 AM and would be checking out the same day before noon. The hotel lobby was locked and all the lights were off. The security guard knocked on the door for about 15mimutes and the night clerk appeared at the entrance to let me in. The room was average and the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. due to a water leak from the floor above, The shower cubicle had lots of black mold/dirt at the bottom. The bathroom requires some maintenance to cure the deficiency. The breakfast buffet was mediocre with very limited items.

Located in a prime place. Has valet parking. It seems they arrange for vehicles to roam around cochin. Easy checkin. Lifts for easy access. 24 hrs room service impressed me. I got thirsty around 3am. Called the room service. Bam! There was a guy with water bottles within 5 mins. I used their laundry service. Not much costly yet good. We used their in house spa service. Little costly. Food was okay. Room was neat and elegant. The only flaw I noticed was that no one came to get our luggage during checkin and checkout!! I wonder why!
