My flight got cancelled and two days later I am still stuck in Texas and they would not give me a refund!!!! If they accommodate travelers they should be more understanding that I gave them as much time as I could bc I called them as soon as I found out that our flight would not be able to fly into Pensacola. I could not have tried to cancel any sooner (it was 6hrs before I was suppose to check-in). And no refunds is all the front desk would tell me. All he kept saying was I just work here! If they cater to people flying into the airport there has to be things in place for emergency situations and I should not have to pay full price for a room I never even got a chance to stay in!

I always stay here when I fly into Pensacola. The airport is close and there is a shuttle. There is also a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Hotel is clean.

Rooms are nice but the hallway carpeting is terrible. It looks like it never gets cleaned and really needs replacement. The hallways are what people see the most of.

Everything is well provided for. The room is wonderful, the bed very comfortable, and coffee and apples are provided in the lobby.

Convenient to PNS. Soap dispensers were empty. We didn’t call the desk because we had a bar of soap. We like this place.

The carpet smelled like it needed to be shampooed. Otherwise, the day was great, and all the other amenities were good.
