It was an average night stay. The breakfast was horrible, but free. The beds are very very hard so you don’t get much sleep. And over all there isn’t a handicap access ramp or entrance for handicap people. Great in pricing and very convenient to the area and interstate. Also the people were very friendly just doing their own thing really.

The 1st room we were given had no hotwater in sink or tub. We werethen given another on same floor again no hotwater in sink or tub and when we tried to enter room to retrieve our blongings the key would not work. We then were moved to another room this time on 2nd floor an dthere ws hot water in the tub but not the sink, and each time we left the room in the morning we had to get the key reprogramed. on our last night there we had left towels and wash cloths out by door for exchange and no clean towes or was cloths were left. The on duty clerk that night (Jan. 13, 2024 was goinbg to leave a note for the next morning not caring that we had to shower that night. WORST Quality Inn we have ever stayed in.

We were told to contact the manager in the morning when we complained about not having hot water and that the unit wouldn't stay on to keep the room warm. We ended up checking out before sunrise just so we could go elsewhere to get hot showers before work.

The bathroom smelled really bad every time you flush it and was dirty .The room floors were dirty and sheet had spots

The building was in shambles. There was a ceiling tile accumulating water and was a matter of time until it collapsed. There wasn’t a functioning ice machine, it was a haven for strung out junkies, the breakfast was abysmal. No juice, burnt hockey puck sausages, nothing else. Maybe cereal if you wanted to take the risk of the milk.

The room had mold all over every lamp shade and the curtains. I couldn't stay because of allergeries. The hotel staff reimbursed my money and was very polite and respectful.

This was one of the worse places ive been at. The phones were unusable. The rooms were dirty. We had to move rooms 3 times as there was multiple issues. Cracked windows, roaches, non working tv, broken showers. Construction an messes all over. There was a pimp working his girls out of the hotel.

No issues. Clean. They're remodeling so the paint smell was a bit much in the hallways but other than that everything was great. Front desk check-in staff was amazing. Great customer service.
