Very clean hotel - The great staff , especially Abdullah Kwaidi and Justin, they are very helpful - the room has a coffee machine and air conditioning and amenities - car Parking under the hotel - lobby sessions and outdoor sessions - there are most services near the hotel

Very welcoming staff, large room with minimal amenities and sp****ly furnished. Nice, firm bed and choice of pillows. B/fast is a buffet type with plenty of good quality selections of all types of food, lovely teas in innovative tea mugs with sieve. Unfortunately, the very close motorway feeder roads are really noisy almost 24/7. This is not obvious from Google map and even when I arrived, it seemed all very quiet until I opened the window in my room. The passing cars' noise echos all around. Then to add to this, on Saturday night a nearby open air disco ran a massively noisy head banging music show. The repetitive thumping and crashing noises went on until almost 3 a.m.. Not what I call a hotel with sleep quality. The hot weather made sleeping with a closed window impossible.

Have stayed at this hotel before, but this time the housekeeping is so bad that I can't help but give a negative review: 1.) When I came back to the hotel in the evening after 10pm for the second night after was gone for the day, my room door was open and a towel was clamped on the floor between them. It was probably like that since the room cleaning. So for many hours any hotel guest could have walked into my room and searched my belongings. I suspect housekeeping was interrupted by something and they just left the door open. A very BAD, BAD mistake that has not happened to me in many years and in many hotels. This happened on June 1st, 2022 in room 422. 2.) The room was cleaned even though I had put the ”Do not disturb” sign on the outside. The sign was still up when I came back in the evening. It was just ignored. Very bad. 3.) The shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. It was already empty when I moved into the hotel on the first evening. And after the unwanted room cleaning (see above) it was still empty. So you have REPEATEDLY forgot to check and refill the shower gel dispenser. 4.) Obviously there is no quality control. If a manager walks down the hotel corridor, she should have noticed that my room door is held open with a towel clamped between them.

very good conference offer we were very satisfied with our event at the mercure in the Heilmannpark, especially because it had to be held under corona conditions. The rooms are spacious, modern, well ventilated and air-conditioned. The break rooms also offer space for distance, just as everyone needs it. The culinary offerings, whether snacks during breaks, drinks or a lunch buffet, are of very satisfactory quality. The lunch buffet even exceeded my expectations of a conference hotel, which is rarely found at such a level.

Good hotel 3-4 stars with comfortable and clean rooms. Bars and restaurants do a great job with good and tasty spots but any bar offers a wide selection of spirits, wines and beer! The modern Post architecture is a little like a city of Retorte style Brazil! Employees are very sympathetic and effective! I don't believe it in a time like our after Covid and the middle of the crisis - at Chapeau for hotel managers who obviously likes his work and the tastes of the international bar!

The hotel is very clean and quiet and perfect to reach the Frankfurt fair. The quality of breakfast has decreased compared to my previous visits. The staff is very kind, but almost never present at the reception so every little problem becomes ”great” because you have to fix. Arriving late afternoon or evening is a problem. You have to call the call center and if you don't know German or English If there were at least available service staff in case of need, it would be good ......

A Eschborn a pochi chilometri da Francoforte in una zona che negli ultimi tempi ha visto spuntare come funghi palazzi con sedi di diverse multinazionali e anche divrse catene di hotel si trova Hyatt House, della famosa catena internazionale. E House è la parola giusta che esprime perfettamente il concetto della struttura: qui vi sentirete come a casa vostra sia per un breve che per un lungo soggiorno. Le stanze e i monolocali sono luminosi grazie alle ampie vetrate a tutta altezza e, nei monolocali dotati di cucine completamente attrezzate, letti king size, zona pranzo e area salotto per rilassarsi. Le camere “normali” sono comunque già super accessoriate con ferro da stiro, macchina per il caffè, per il tè, frigobar, cassaforte e Tv di dimensioni generose: completi anche i bagni con asciugacapelli e prodotti vari. Essendo di recente costruzione e inaugarato da un anno circa, si respira la sensazione del “nuovo”. Prezzi competitivi rispetto alla vicina e ben più cara Francoforte, con la ricca colazione internazionale compresa. Bello e originale l’ingresso e gli spazi comuni: la pulizia è impeccabile. Una ricca sala fitness dotata di due tapis roulant, bicicletta, vogatore , vari pesi, panca multi-regolabile e un FTS Glide completa l’offerta per il cliente. Il centro business nella hall dell'Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn è disponibile per tutti gli ospiti tutto il giorno e offre due computer, accesso a Internet e una stampante. Nei pressi ill Main-Taunus-Zentrum, il più grande centro commerciale della zona con circa 91.000 mq oltre 170 negozi e una food court con offerte culinarie provenienti da tutto il mondo. L'Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn dista 8,8 km dalla Messe Frankfurt e 9,4 km dalla stazione centrale di Francoforte. L'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Francoforte, a 13 km dall'hotel.
