Me and my wife stayed here as part of a package to get my hair surgery. The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful We had breakfast in hotel and it was ok did it’s job but was no toaster The hotel has nice lobby for chilling in but strangely has no bar but as the hotel is used by hair surgery guests I’m assuming this is why

A run-down hotel in an industrial part of Istanbul, with a view on an industrial estate. I only stayed here because I had to as it was the only accommodation provided by the hospital at which I was a patient. The breakfast is decent, but the service is close to what I would expect from the security guards at a medium security prison. Most of the staff is grumpy and the restaurant manager himself, rather than setting an example to his waiting staff, was the most impolite person I've ever been 'served' by at a hotel: aggressive and rude when I questioned the details of a bill for a meal I had just had.

This hotel is pathetic, no Ac working , they charged me for water , no good food , breakfast meal is a kind of scam what they do , behaviour of reception staff is bad , they dont know English, my overall experience was horrible

Not recommended . veey bad food and staff terrible . i lost 100 euro in my room . I had left my bag in my room while i went for a boat trip , amd when i come back i didnt saw money at the bag . when i complained at the reception they didnt give me solution . Food terrible . 4 days, the same dinner

My Instabul trip would be better if I wouldn't go at this hotel . Breakfast was the same all days , and used more than 1 time. Not a typical turkish breakfast . I was very disappointed ! Rooms were very little and the hotel location away from attractions. About the service , nobody from staff could speak English . Totally NOT RECOMMENDED!

The booking showed that shuttle service was offered, no shuttle. The front desk was rude and short when i called with a question.

L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit désertique où il y’a rien à coter. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisé on était on 11eme étages le vent passer à travers les fenêtres horrible! Pour le petit déjeuner très peu de choix beaucoup trop de salé que de sucrer dommage! Le restaurant les prix sont très abordable mais dommage que les plats quand il monte en chambre sont froid. Hôtel très propre rien à dire sur l’hygiène. Je recommande pas l’établissement pour la situation de l’hôtel ainsi que le confort des chambres.

Devo dire che la disavventura che ho vissuto e da codice penale. Il giorno 31.5.2023 .Ho avvisato la reception che mi hanno aperto e per ben 2 volte nella mattinata, verso le 13,00.vado fuori a fare colazione,rientro dopo mezzo ora e mi hanno rubato lo zainetto con tutte le mie cose,chiavi di casa,chiavi auto chiavi magazzino ,occhiali Ray Ban e tante altre cose..hanno trovato lo zainetto ma non me l 'hanno restituito credo volutamente ancora oggi non mi rispondono ho fatto denuncia per furto....adesso questo albergo mi deve risarcire,e credo che farò una denuncia sul fatto che si trattenuto le chiavi di casa mia e tutto il resto....siamo sicuri che possa garantire questo albergatore?

Non do 5 stelle per il fatto che è troppo fuori mano. È situato in una zona industriale dove, per spostarti, devi per forza prendere un taxi. I servizi(sauna, palestra, piscina) sono inutilizzabili, ti dicono che riprenderanno la prossima settimana ma, è una storia che dura da anni. Gli arredamenti sono nuovi e confortanti. Sicuramente, la prossima volta sceglierò altrove.
