My recent Easter weekend at Esk Caravan Park was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being a loyal visitor for over 9 years, this year marked a shocking decline in both hospitality and management. Things took a turn for the worse when a groundsman confronted me for allegedly exceeding the 5km/h speed limit on my electric scooter, which I promptly corrected. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of a relentless barrage of harassment from the staff throughout the entire weekend, accusing me of violating rules I was diligently following. I must confess, I didn’t wear a helmet at all, which is breaking the rules. On Easter Day, my frustration reached a boiling point, and I regrettably became verbally aggressive towards the management team after being falsely accused once again of speeding on my scooter, even though I hadn't even ridden it that day. This hostile exchange only exacerbated the already tense situation. In the end, I was unfairly banned from the park, effectively ending nearly a decade of cherished memories. It's disheartening to witness the sharp decline in the quality of service and treatment at Esk Caravan Park over the past few years. Save yourself the trouble and find a campground that values its loyal patrons and respects basic human decency.
