I have stayed in 2* accommodation across Corfu, and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. First of all, after emailing requesting a travel cot for an 18 month old, sending them a message on Facebook asking for one, and trying to call them numerous amounts of times, we looked on *********** which said they had them available on request so we didn't panic. So we arrived at 00.30, to be taken to a room with no travel cot. Ask the person who has shown us to our room if we could have one and had to Google image the cot to show what we meant. He told us he would call his manager as he'd only been there for a couple of days and get back to us. There was no cot, but we could get one in the morning, so our little girl slept on the floor for the first night, great start. We had paid to go all inclusive and were not informed of any times or anything. So the next day, obviously missing breakfast as we had no idea of the time, we had to go and ask for the information. Had to ask again on the second day about the travel cot as it seemed to have been forgotten about. We asked about late check out and without even asking what room we were in, we were told it wasn't available as someone was going straight into the room. The food is horrific, I can't even begin to explain. We ate there once, my 18 month old will eat absolutely anything and she wouldn't even touch it. We were first in the queue and yet the "hot food" was cold. I have never tasted anything so chewy and bland before. The sink in the bathroom was loose, which meant we could not allow our 3 year old to go for a wee unattended, something you take for granted when they have small bladders. First couple of days, we were given water for free, didn't have to pay for it. Next thing you know, they were asking for €2 for it! We were also told only beer, wine and soft drinks were included, so if you don't like beer and wine like myself, your stuck drinking soft drinks. The power went off CONSTANTLY! Apparently work is ongoing in the area, however this was not communicated and had we have known, we would not have booked here. No kids pool, broken tiles on the stairs leaving very sharp edges, which we found out from quite a mess from one of our children. The room was not cleaned, things from previous visitors were still under the beds, as well as clumps of hair and whatever else. During our week here, our sheets were not changed, nor was our floor swept. Meaning everytime you walked on the floor to get into bed, sand got into the bed. The only thing the cleaners did was make the bed and empty the bins. They changed our towels on the 5th day, after I'd thrown them by the door in a pile, hoping for some clean ones, however they took the old ones and didn't replace them with new ones. We had to go to reception to ask for some. We could not lock our bedroom door from the inside, THIS IS NOT A FAMILT FRIENDLY DESTINATION!! Lack of sleep from not being able to lock the door inside got worse as the

We been there in May 2023 Positive - Good quiet location, very friendly staff, big apartment. Negative - Zero entertainment for kids and in general not much to do. Food was absolutely disaster! Never on time, zero taste and if you are not there at the beginning there will be nothing left after like 45 minutes. We had to eat out every day as there was absolutely nothing for kids. So instead enjoying evenings, we had to go out every day , and remember that is around 40 minutes walk to Sidari so good luck without the car. Not recommending to any one. Hotel should be 2 stars.

Food was so awful. We went AI but ended up eating out everyday. Miles from anywhere. There is a bus but only twice aday. Fine if you just want somewhere to plock your head at night and hire a car. Only plus side was the staff were so helpful and more than happy to help you.

Pros- Staff were friendly and helpful. New Manager joined the hotel 2 months ago and he is very hands on, helping out with whatever was needed. Our room was large and clean (floors swept and washed every day), the bed was comfortable, Aircon was excellent and shower was hot and powerful. Our towels were changed every day and we were even left extras on some days. Sheets were changed regularly. They provided little slippers in sealed bags in case you didn’t want to walk on the bare floor. The lock on the door also had a deadlock facility. Wi-Fi was excellent, I assume the nearer you are to the main building the better it is. There are safety deposit boxes, but they are not in the rooms. If you ask at reception they will provide you with a safety deposit box in a cabinet, in a side room which has two locks. You keep one key and the receptionist has the other, no payment is needed. Both keys are needed to open the boxes. Local spirits are available in the All Inclusive package besides beer and wine, you just have to ask them as it’s not advertised. The first 5 cocktails on their menu cards are also included in the All Inclusive package. Courtesy shuttle bus from Hotel to Sidari are at 10am and 3pm. Return trips at 1.30pm and 7pm. There are also regular buses from Sidari to Corfu Town, but beware they get very busy in both directions. Driving in Corfu is not for the faint hearted! Pool is nice but the drainage slats around the sides need replacing with a stronger version. Peaceful area to sun bathe and a small bar from 3pm. Cons- Public toilets in the hotel never seemed to have paper towels to dry your hands on. Serviettes from the restaurant were in great demand for this purpose. The hotel is a bit out of the way and although you can walk from the hotel to Sidari, it was often too hot. I notice people saying it’s only a 25-minute walk but it took us 45 minutes plus. You need to be either young or very fit (or both) to walk that quickly, in that heat. You also have to walk on some very narrow pavements, but mainly in the road. The real problem with this hotel is the restaurant and the lack of staff. The male receptionist is also the bar person and helps out in the restaurant as well. There are not enough staff in the Restaurant to keep an eye on what is running out and needs replacing. Which means that the guests are forever asking for cutlery, butter, milk etc. There’s only a little 2-piece toaster (I shudder to think of the queue for that in high season) and only 1 hot drink machine, which is used by the guests all day, so you can imagine how often that needs topping up or fixing. To be fair they do top up quickly when they are told and fix it as quickly as they can. The food is repetitive and most meals are usually chicken or pork. What isn’t used in the evening is more often than not used at lunchtime the next day, either the same as the night before or dressed up with a sauce or different seasonings. Fish appeared only once in our 8-night stay a

You get what you pay for. Don't pay 3* prices and expect 5* service. My wife and I are currently staying here and we got what we expected. Rooms are basic and clean . The resort is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a quick getaway. The staff are very polite. Food is repetitious, but plentiful. You won't go hungry. A trip to Sadari is recommended for all your souvenir needs and the nightlife is enjoyable.

Just recently got back from a one week's stay at Rebecca's Village. Had a lovely, relaxing week. The hotel room we had was basic but clean & did the job. Cleaners attended daily to make the beds & changed the towels whenever we left the used ones in the bathtub. Don't think they did much cleaning of the room however. The pool area is peaceful & quiet with plenty of loungers available. The worst part for us was the food, it was the same thing every day, sometimes undercooked or cold. Things would often run out, understandably, but there's very few staff members so usually long waits before things were restocked & we were constantly having to prompt them to what was missing (including, plates, bowls, cutlery). All Inclusive advertises snacks at the pool bar & cakes/cookies/ice cream. During our stay the pool snacks were tiny cheese & ham sandwiches. Never saw any cookies/cakes for snacks. The ice cream was available throughout the day, only 4 flavours available. During our 7 nights there were only 2 where desserts were available. For a quiet & cheap get away it's not a bad place to be, but it's definitely not 4* and I'd advise eating out. There is a bus to the beach, we used this once, had to pay for a taxi return as it seems the return bus didn't arrive. We were told its different buses that come and the drop off/pick up place can slightly change, it would have been more helpful to know this beforehand when we were looking out for our return bus.

Short 4 night break, grounds beautiful, pool great although gets deep very quickly. Staff helpful. All inclusive only includes local beer some wine and soft drinks, only had breakfast and lunch, basic fare, but always got something to do us. 20 minute walk to beach, 35 to Sidari restaurants, as stated before if you are walking back at night bring a torch it’s pitch black! Bus twice a day from hotel to Sidari ( free) Recommend for families, if you aren’t prepared to walk, 8 euros in a taxi back and forth to Sidari, or better still hire a car.
