Staff, facilities and complex: terrific! We chose this particular resort as had stayed at one of the sister hotels in Gran Canaria last year. We had a spacious room with balcony and ocean view (Block 8). What we particularly liked about Jandia was the different pool areas for relaxing; family, chill, adult only and naturist. There was also good beach access for those that wanted to walk along the coast or take a dip in the sea. There is a beach bar with toilets but we understood this wasn't open 7 days a week (however, this might change throughout the season). Being all inclusive, you have to accept that meal times can be hectic, but you soon get used to where everything is and the food choice was good (lots of fish, not so much chicken). Beer, wine and soft drinks are available via self service, with spirits, cocktails and coffee available from the bar. (top tip: spirits are long measures!! Order on its own, get your mixer from the self serve and add spirit to the soft drink). Good to know: 1. If you like your morning cuppa, check your room has a kettle 2. Pool towels are provided 3. WiFi is free, but only two devices could be connected 4. There is a Mercadona just across the road if you need it 5. Plenty of parking if you have a hire car 6. Bus stop is close by 7. Taxis appeared to be readily available outside hotel

Had a great 2 weeks in this hotel. Staff are very nice, the international animation team, specially Claudia and Maria went out of their way to make sure the guest had fun and join archery competition, volleyball, bachata lessons, aquaaerobics and many more. Their smiles, and energy was also great to see, also when they did performance they gave it their all, they are fabulous dancers as well!!!Well done ladies! The wellness programme was very good and Marion did superb with the SUPyoga, pilates, back exercise and to top it off the sauna rituals! She is very helpful and encouraging as well. DeSouza was always so nice and other stuff that stood out was Luna,Rafael, Francisco (great cook), Erik on the floor bar were always so thoughtful, happy and of great assistance. While the hotel could use a removation, as its a bit dated, the staff make it a great place!

We had a lovely stay at the club jandia princess The rooms are so nice big size balcony Food was so nice Entertainment team were amazing they did lots of activities Alexandra was so friendly and lots of fun lots of motivation Enjoyed the aqua gym

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, avoid!! Room was dangerous for my crawling baby (rusty screw and dead cockroaches in our bathroom. That’s besides having to sign to say we won’t claim for gastroenteritis when checking in, the peeling furniture or broken tiles in the pools. This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade to make it safe, let alone enjoyable. We moved to their sister hotel next door after one night and it’s a much, much better place to stay.

Firstly we payed a premium to get a siver band so we could use the adult (exclusive) arias. Just before we went we were informed everyone over18 now gets the bands. We disputed this with TUI as it was alot of money but got nowhere . On arrival we were delayed so just got into bed. In the morning we were covered in bites, the mattress was filthy, smelt and not exceptable . We went to complain and they turned the mattress and put a new topper on, the topper was stained with what i can only describe as red splattered spots!! . We raised this again immediately with the hotel and later the rep as we had requested either a new room or a new mattress .We eventually got a new mattress and tried to make the most of our holiday . Two days in we had to raise the food was not hot and had concerns it was not cooked trough. The hotel sent us to the rep and the response was well i ate there this morning and it was fine for me but they would raise it again in with the hotel. It did improve slightly. Overall the hotel would have been perfect for us but these matters were alot to overlook on a weeks holiday. The pools are lovely and the proximity to the beach is amazing. We never did get any responses over the issues we raised . We loved Jandia though and we are looking for a hotel we can return to each year to visit Jandia, unfortunately it won't be the jander princess.

Good, service, rooms are excellent! The bech is rekaxing and nice .the Room is beutiful . The Good They have goood choices and is very delicious. Fatima is very friendly and hardworker definitely we come back we recommend this hotel . Thanks .
