Property and rooms were older looking. The lounge was unstaffed and did not appear functional. Rooms were large. Breakfast looked good, with one guy making eggs but no one was there.

Good location. Very warm welcome . Stayed there twice. Anything to complain:yes. Bad internet access on the 7 th floor. No WhatsApp call possible. I don’t like this. Unfortunately on the 7th floor the rooms were very worn out. That was my impression.

Gutes Hotel, sehr sauber und ein Super Frühstück. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer freundlich und Hell eingerichtet. Badezimmer in der Größe völlig ausreichend. Völlig ansprechen für einen Wochenendurlaub. Hotelbar mit guten Service.

CONTRA:
- Ich hatte nach einem Zimmerupgrade gefragt, gehe ins Zimmer und sehe es ist das Standardzimmer was ich sonst hatte. Obwohl ich nach mehr Raum gefragt hatte.
- Die W-Lan Reichweite bis ins Zimmer ist sehr knapp. Es kommt oft vor dass man den Empfang verliert. Gute 4 mal die Stunde.
- Parkplatzmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus (sehr teuer), Alternative um das Hotel herum oder auf Grundstück allerdings nur von Freitag Abend bis Sonntagabend unbesetzt. Da diese Parkplätze reserviert sind für den Ruhrtum.
Parkplatz finden ist immer Glückssache
- Der Wasserkocher steht ungünstig. Man muss diesen immer so um stellen das eine Steckdose in reichweite ist. Der Wasserkocher sollte dauerhaft umgestzt werden wo dieser schon angeschlossen ist.
- Laut Buchung bekomme ich eine Flasche Wasser oder Wein geschenkt. Leider war nichts von dem vorhanden.
- Ich bin schon sehr oft dort Gast gewesen. Dadurch, dass ich sehr viel Geld in diesem Hotel gelassen habe, gab es nie ein Angebot für ein kostenloses Frühstück. Einfach als Zeichen der Dankbarkeit.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeiten fürs Auto gab es ebenso ausreichend. Nur zum Empfehlen!
