This hotel was in a good location with paid for parking on site or street parking nearby. Our room was quiet and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel was in a great location with easy parking, either on the street for free or in the hotel car park for a charge. Our room was quiet and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed just one night at 'Hotel Franz' in Essen when visiting the town on business. Hotel Franz ticked all the boxes I needed... Location was good to my client and also the Autobahn. It was clean and comfortable, there was free on-site parking, WiFi included and 24 hour reception. I had a non-smoking double room (room 203) which was modern and fresh. The cost was €80 for the night without breakfast. The hotel checked my Covid vaccination status and hand gel was freely available and masks had to be worn in public areas of the hotel. I would stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Komplex mit karitativen Einrichtungen, recht nahe zur A40. Mein Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, sauber und angemessen groß, dito das Bad. Auf dem Zimmer findet sich ein Wasserkocher und eine Klimaanlage, leider aber kein kleiner Kühlschrank/Minibar. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, kostet auf dem Hotelparkplatz 15,-/Nacht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. WLAN hatte einen Tag mal etwas schlechte Laune, funktionierte aber sonst gut. Besonders positiv empfand ich die ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter*innen.

Außerordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und neu. Offene Dusch ist zwar nicht meins, aber hörnest es gut gelöst. Mit der Straßenbahn ist das Hotel gut zu erreichen, es gibt aber auch ausreichend Parkplätze. Es gibt zwei Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben auf Empfehlung beim Italiener Da Danilo sehr gut gegessen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

ROLSTOELGEBRUIKER. Moderne architectuur. Voorbeeldig aangepaste kamer en badkamer voor mindervaliden. De receptionistes spraken vlot Engels. Gratis en voorbehouden parking vlak voor hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mijn echtgenote vroeg of zij niet een ‘zachtere’ matras kon krijgen (rugpijnen) en men bracht een ‘topdeckmatras’. (Dank u) Er is een bar, die blijkbaar niet veel publiek trekt. En bovendien niet direct een gezelligheid uitstraalt. Uitstekende en gratis WiFi. Aangename en bijzonder stille airco….Lang geleden dat we nog een exemplaar van het Nieuwe Testament op een hotelkamer vonden...En kon er echt geen kleine frigo op de kamer ? 4 sterren en 135 euro/nacht. Het hotel heeft ook een 'sociaal' beleid. Een aantal werknemers zijn mindervalide personen. In de omgeving is er zeker niks dat aan ‘uitgaansleven’ gekoppeld kan worden. Je moet naar het stadscentrum...10 minuten auto (zonder file) Rij naar de Kennedyplatz…(centrum)

Hyggelig opphold på et veldrevet hotell med en hyggelig personlig betjening som gjorde oppholdet veldig fint.
Et nydelig hageområde rundt hotellet. Jeg satt ute til langt på kveld og hørte svartrosten synge.
