Everyone at the hotel was helpful and able to answer any questions we had. There was always someone available. Thank you for a delightful stay! Also, the food was delicious!

Great Hotel, great restaurant. The waiter really makes every evening special, an excellent host. Nice rooms, dog friendly, great for children. A lot of room to play around or to play in the pool..The staff goes beyond what you may expect to give you a great time. We will be back for a third time real soon:)

After wrong directions of our navigation we've ended up at Mintrops. The setting is remarkable beautiful but the service out of Burak is outstanding. His hospitality is overwhelming and the reason for our review. It is definitely worthwhile to stay at this hotel.

Very nice hotel above the Ruhr river. Friendly staff. We had a very nice superior room, but the bathroom was very small (toilet and sink in one room, shower in another), with sliding doors that could not be fully closed. Very clean, also in the pool area. Breakfast was nice as well, but way too expensive (19 € p.P.).

This hotel is located on the edge of a densely populated neighborhood with meadows and gardens in the back. It is beautiful and quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpful- even going above and beyond to help print COVID test results for our departure. Our room was exactly as pictured online, with a great bathroom, plenty of storage for suitcases, and a wardrobe. We had a beautiful view of the pasture (see photo). The beds and pillows were uncomfortable unfortunately. Would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Restaurant: Viel Luft nach oben! Für ein angkündigtes "Geburtstagsessen" nicht annähernd angemessen. Auf dem Tisch metallene Dekoschnipsel "Just maried" und drei Luftballons. Küche und Personal überfordert. Bestellte Cocktails falsch verstanden. Wurden neu gemixt. Kündigen zum Saibling ein Wirsinggemüse an. Es kommen ein überwürzter Fisch ohne das angekündigte Gemüse an. 2 rohe, kalte Wildbrokkoliezweige waren die Begleitung. Langweiliges lila Katoffelpüree bildete die Unterlage. Das Gemüse wurde nach 15 Min. nachgereicht. Das bestellte medium Steak war von medium weit entfernt, sprich zäh. Gans, Klöße und Rotkohl wie bestellt in Standartausführung 38€. Das Personal übertrieben freundlich und hatten hörbar Spass an ihrem Abend mit nur 9 Gästen. Ein entäuschender Abend was die Kulinarik betrifft für 260 €. Und das leider nicht zum ersten mal.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Allerdings lag ein Handtuch auf dem Boden und die Duschmatte war dreckig. Wahrscheinlich würde diese vergessen auszutauschen. Ansonsten alles ok.
