Best Two Star Hotels in Essington

Excellent staff easy and true to word login. I can only say that the Roku and apple play was never achieved and was nice but didn’t work and spent a lot of time trying to get it to work so it hampered my work presentation. I also love the area and being along the waterfront and wanted to know if the facilities weee available to rent on the side.

The best hotel ive ever visited really good food fluffy pillows and good bed fun and nice servers you can go on walks in the halls the restroom is really fancy an good I really Recommended this place.

We were assigned this hotel by American Airlines after being stranded for a night. The janky van that picked us up should have been our first sign to decline the stay. Checking in, I looked up and saw the crumbling ceiling and light full of bugs. But we accepted our room...at first. Once in the room, there was zero toilet paper and the stains were plentiful (see photos). I returned to the desk to ask about toilet paper and was offered a different room. We took it, and the pictures of stains and gross things (like a booger smeared on the wall) just increased. I slept on top of the cover with my clothes on and we left as soon as we woke up. Do not stay at this property. Also note, there are no food options within walking distance of this hotel.

The decoration of the hotel is very chic, the family said that the boss is very tasteful, the room layout is very warm, the reception at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, the price is very high! The parking lot is also great!

This hotel has a “cannot do” attitude… I checked in with my corporate card. The machine asked me a PIN which I do not have when I inserted the card. I asked the hotel whether I can sign for the bill or make online payment in this case, which I can do it in other hotels. They told me no. It is the only way to give the PIN. Otherwise I cannot check in. If there is no cancellation fee, i wanted to go immediately. But I have to stay, So I had to pay for it privately. Then I asked whether they can prepare a receipt for me. I can give my company address.Because I need to leave early in the morning. They told me I can tell the one who works in the morning. Then I got a receipt with a wrong company name and address in the morning. I said no problem, but can you change for me? They firstly said it just cannot be changed. It is from the booking system. I said it cannot be true. Everywhere they can put your company name and address on the receipt. It is editable. After long discussion, They finally changed it. But told me I need to tell them at the time of check in regarding this. I said I told you. But your college asked me to do this with you in the morning. They said in this case we both were wrong. I am wondering what is my fault? Plus I have an early train I nearly missed due to all this. I feel they want to do the minimal work. Better you pay and they don’t need to do anything. Worst experience ever.

This hotel is a dump. I should’ve known better due to the ratings, and how it got as much as 2 stars is beyond me. The Quality group truly needs to come around and see how their brand is being completely trashed here. Bathroom walls and door have holes that received a 5 minute patch, carpets are sticky filthy, we booked a king room (how funny) and was given a two full size beds room, and the stench of freshly smoked ********* comes out of the rooms as one walks by. Our room had a stench we could not identify, sort of dusty chemically. We only had 5 hours to rest so we didn’t bother with cancelling and all that. When checking in one stands outside in the cold and works through this puny little service window with the clerk, no welcoming lobby experience. They cannot pay me to stay here again.
