Reviews of Riverwood on Fall River

So glad we rented/stayed at this complex. Many choices in Estes Park but this complex was right on the water. Easy drive into town and very close to Rocky Mt National Park. The king beds were so comfy! We liked that each of us had a bathroom. Also the whole house fan cooler the place better than an ac unit!!! Loved having the windows open to hear the river rushing. Units 1-6 are walk outs to the water!

I cannot say enough good things about Riverwood on Fall River. The staff was easy to talk with, the condos are well taken care of and the outside setting is beautiful! We have stayed twice-once during the winter right before Christmas in 2022 and July of 2024. The condos are quiet, clean, well-maintained and furnished beautifully. They are individually owned, so some may be more updated than others, but the two we have stayed in are beautiful. My husband and I travel with my daughter and her husband. The great thing about the condo setup is they have their own bedroom and bathroom at the front of the condo, and we have our own primary bedroom at the back of the condo. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room. The outside area is so relaxing with the Fall River just outside the back door. We sat by the river every night and relaxed or read and had a picnic dinner on the picnic bench. This is a slice of heaven tucked away on the Fall River. Kudos to the management for offering such a beautiful place to stay in Estes.
