It looks like a motel, not a star hotel. Even if I want to buy two bottles of mineral water at the front desk. Very simple breakfast. There are many hotels of this quality around, but the price of this one is much higher, but there are no corresponding measures and services. Not recommended.

We were only here for one night, but wished we could have stayed longer! The room was immaculate, and way bigger than expected! The view from the balcony was lovely, and the couch as an extra bed came in handy. We were very pleased with our rom, and would stay here again if we ever come back.

I arrived to find the curtain rack was not connected on one side at the top. They were hard to open or close. So I reported the problem and ask politely for the room to be serviced. Nothing. I ask again the next day. Nothing. Garbage overflowing and towels all dirty. I ask again the next day. Towels but nothing else. Meanwhile, the heater is grinding, noisy and hard to sleep with not heating the room because it only stays on for two minutes, shuts off and comes on grinding away 15 to 30 minutes later. Having lost patience, I complain loudly and finally got the curtain rack fixed. But the room was never cleaned or serviced with multiple, over three days requests. The toilet broke the night before I left.

Our family of 5 were very comfortable in the upstairs 2br condo with balcony overlooking the mountains in Estes Park. The place was clean and modern to our tastes, and was in short driving distance (about 2 min) to the RMNP, the Stanley hotel, and the downtown boardwalk. The breakfast was typical to most continental breakfasts and the staff were very helpful and kind. The one exception for improvement would be to fix the AC unit. Thankfully we stayed in early June when it was not too hot, and we were gone during the day when it was the warmest. We kept the screen windows open all day and night and that helped keep the place cool enough when we slept. Overall a great stay.

The room was okay, but definitely not super clean. There was stains on some of the beddings. The bed was not comfortable. The decor was okay as was the bathroom.

The location is a plus. Breakfast is very basic. When asked for extra towels on two consecutive days the staff informed they do not have fresh towels and are still in laundry.

Room was much smaller than expected. It just barely fit the 3 queen beds and had a tiny table way too small for the 3-6 people you’d expect to use 3 queen beds.

Older place but definitely renovated recently. Breakfast is grab and go. Everything was clean and comfortable definitely would come back
