Novotel Resort Krasnaya Polyana Sochi

ROOMS: spacious and bright. For now interior is worn-out. Bathroom with a shower. Water isn’t warm, you need to wait a lot of time, but in the end it doesn’t get hot. There is no heated floor inside the bathroom. View from the room can be different - if you want to have striking view on mountains, you’d better check it in advance. LOCATION: 1h drive from the airport, next to ski lift. Grocery store is in 6min walking distance. FOOD: breakfast 7-11am , two restaurants - both of them have mountain view. FACILITIES: wi-fi, gym, SPA with outdoor heated pool, meeting rooms. Free ski lift from Krasnaya Polyana. STAFF: polite and smiley.

Excellent property and very convenient to activities. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic mountain view.Overall, we had a great experience with the NOVOTEL RESORT HOTEL;all the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.The bed was super comfy. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.Special thanks to Kristina, she could handle and resolve any issues or disputes during our stay at the hotel. She is a very polite helpful person whom you can approach for any help or travel advice. We will be back soon!!!

It is not first time staying at this place. But I believe the last one. Today is my birthday, special day, special gift from my family was 5days 4 nights at Novotel my kids booked it for me. We have been here since Wednesday may 12th. Today we showed up as usual in the morning to have our breakfast . We were asked for our room number which is fine and ....... Here we go. Firstly we were told that we were not on their list I mean our booking did not show that breakfast is included. Not pleasant to get stopped by the hotel stuff on your birthday and stayed away from the place while they were trying to figure out why their system didn't have correct info. I got mad. After breakfast I went downstairs to talk to Viktoria Solovey why did it happen. She was not willing to listen to me. She said there are 200 guests and no need to remember each guest's face. I don't expect anyone to remember my face but you have got the booking number and all required info to keep your stuff informed about your guests. I thought it would be a special stay at Novotel because of my birthday 🎉 as I still remember our Wonderful staying at Rixos where we had been treated like very special guests on my husband's birthday. I didn't ask anything special for myself only respect and loyal attitude. No apologies for their inappropriate and poor customer services. I am professional traveler I know how you can be treated staying in such place like 5star hotels. Moreover spa area needs some renovations. Grey old towels, broken glass door in the shower spa room and steam room need some renovations. It's not 5 star hotel. Customer service is not good. There was a dirty spot on the carpet in front of our door and every time you getting in or out of the room you can see it ; feel like you are living in 3 ✨ hotel. I have never had such bad customer service.....
