University Inn and Suites Eugene

The receptionist was very nice , and all different kinds of restaurants are right there easy walking distance.  Good supermarket is across the street.  WiFi wasn’t very good.

Safe area in the opposite with OU. The bed is small and matress is not comfortable. The room smells not so good. Will not book next time.

The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was good, the rooms are fine for the price per night. The property could use some updating but was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you need a place to hang your hat and don't want anything fancy this is a good place.

Shower head is made for a tiny person and forget about consistent hot water while you shower, someone else next to us must have turned theirs on too cause we got a shock of cold water then scalding hot.

All the automated check in and check out makes the service staff complacent. Morning breakfast items ran out and were not restocked.
