This place was in a GREAT location however our room was a little close to the road and could hear all the traffic and sirens (@ 1:30am). 😭 Room was clean and appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and tv. Was also able to check in an hour early l!

It was not worth the price. The pictures showed a bigger room with a couch. The water is lukewarm in the shower. Coffee wasn’t hot. Will not book again.

My stay at Courtesy Inn was really nice. The desk clerk was kind, courteous, and very welcoming. Our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. I was very pleased by the cleanliness of the room & the bathroom. Our tv wouldn't turn on & the desk clerk came right away. After trying several things to no avail, she called the manager at home who said she'd be there shortly. Meanwhile, the clerk figured out the problem & the tv began working. Their response to the problem showed a commitment to customer satisfaction that I've seldom seen elsewhere. The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of electrical outlets. There was only one between the beds and the lamp & clock took up both plug-ins. We had to unplug both in order to charge our phones. I will absolutely stay there again.

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. The "continental breakfast" was pretty sad. Stale mini cinnamon rolls, bread to toast with no butter, granola bars, spoiled fruit. The room was basic and ok, but there were no outlets near the bed, in fact there seemed to be only 1 outlet accessible, and it was in the quite dimly lit bathroom.

The entire place smelled like cat feces, there was a $250 deposit that I wasn't made aware of, and the "free continental breakfast" was certainly lacking in just about every way. Honestly the smell was the biggest problem for me

Room was clean. Beds were hard! Morning breakfast was just a few things on the counter so don’t bank on that.
